Good location, excellent service, great gym & restaurants.

Up to the expectation, breakfast choice is a bit weak though....

It was a tale of 2 cities for the staffs. Staffs at the reception and B1 restaurant was incredible despite being very busy due to the lunar new year period. Very courteous and efficient. However staffs at the executive lounge was a big let down despite being under whelmed . There were only a handful of guests at the lounge for the 3 nights we were there but their attitude was really bad . You would think they should be the more senior ones who would be more courteous towards guests but their behaviour was like ‘you are lucky we are open for you”. It was probably the worst executive lounge I hv been to. The spread is adequate but the staffs’ unfriendly and passive attitude isn’t something you’d associate with a Sherwood.

The facilities are very nice and well maintained. Staff were helpful with almost all requests .

Best in Taipei city center! Recommend to all who travel for biz or leisure!

Good hotel

The hotel is so full and forced people to check in 12:00pm hile all restaurant especially breakfast area is so full

We were so lucky to have the room in the 18th floor, windows facing to the city and mountain view. A nice touch is that fresh fruit red apple is provided every day in the hallway before walk through our room, the bathroom is well furnished, with a bidet quipped toilet, shower with good water pressure and reasonably size clean bathtub with bath salts. One thing very disappointed that the king bed mattress is too old and soft, we did not have good sleep, we requested for change a better mattress but the reception said they all have the same mattress in all rooms, but they can change your room for two single beds, still soft mattress and downgrade to level 8th floor with no view. We were suffering for five nights and would not recommend our friends.
