The room was dated but was clean, the bed and bedding very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. Room in dire need of an update. The cost we paid did reflect the state of the room.

The rooms are old and out dated. There was mould in the shower and wayer damage to the bathroom. Coffee facilities were provided, but no milk. The pool was not fit to swim in. It was very cloudy and there were broken tiles everywhere. Not safe at all

The property is very outdated. Could do with some renovations especially the bathroom. it’s ok for an overnight stay

Great value for money, excellent location close to everything, plenty of free carpark, friendly staff.

They need a upgrade, kids loved the pool thou but the rooms and bedding was old. Well located and great for one night.

The first room we were put in had bare wires hanging out of walls,dining table upturned on bed and the carpets smelt of urine. Complained to reception and given another room that had bath soap from the previous guest still in the bathroom and the kettle did not work.

The property was ideally located in the city of Townsville and the manager there was very helpful

Pool was great, however chorine levels were way to high. Room itself was adverage, nothing special, bed was old and springy, bathroom door lock was broken, second single bed leg was broken, they just threw another mattress underneath it for support/ to keep it propped up. Bathroom tap washers were that worn out it fealt like I was turning the tap off with a wrench. Service was good at the property.
