No coffee in room

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in.. I ended up with a brown recluse bite on my thigh from here.. it was unclean and unsanitary.. the curling fan was so cover with dust I couldn't even turn it on..

While traveling cross country my family and I booked a room with two queen size beds(paid extra for) and breakfast. When we got there we found out there was no breakfast and the room had two full beds. We got there close to midnight and were so exhausted after driving 16 hours we just slept there anyway. We left at 7am to continue on our journeys. The only good thing is the room was clean, despite the exterior looking kind of trashy.

I recently spent a weekend at this hotel. I got home on a Sunday night & my back was itching & I of course looked as to see why i was itching & i had at least 9 places on my left shoulder that resembled bed bug bites. I went to the doctor & they confirmed it was bed bug bites. The doctor @ medications cost me over $200. I have worked in hotels for over 30 plus years & have stayed at many hotels & never had any bed bug bites. Even though this hotel has their pest control company out to check out the room & of course they said there was no evidence of bed bugs in the room. I’ve seen this in the hotels I have worked at to where the guest was bitten but didn’t find any bed bug in the room. So yes it can happen where no evidence was spotted. I’m sure the bugs was on the sheets when the room was cleaned. Don’t stay at the hotel. I am gong to talk to an attorney to see what my options are for compensation. I wouldn’t wish this pain & itching on no one.

Front desk person was professional and polite. The room was ok...minimal but clean. The bed linens were old but clean. The property is being refurbished and needs much more work. They are still advertising breakfast though not available due to Covid and no reduction on room rate. Other places are providing coffee and muffins to go, which is a good alternative. This place is ok for truck drivers but that is about it.

Covid messes up the free continental breakfast promise. Should’ve been mentioned in the ad. Everything else was okay. A flies in the room, was annoying but eventually I was able to get rid of them.

This Days Inn is a very nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and flawless. The room was clean and odor free. We found the king sized bed extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. Wi-fi was a bit slow but worked good. Due to the covid pandemic, the free continental breakfast was not offered and check in was done through an outside window. But we understood. location of the Days Inn is great, right off the highway and the surrounding area offered plenty of food choices. We will be back.

The check in process was extremely easy! The outside is still being redone so it’s in progress… But the inside was extremely clean. They were in fact so kind and generous, when they realized that we had a booking for three and only had two double beds, and they had a room available with three beds, they upgraded us at no charge! The rooms, sheets, bathrooms were all updated and very clean. I had done an Airbnb a few days earlier and was extremely unhappy with the quality of cleanliness. But this place, was a welcome change. even my boys said that they had slept really well on the new mattresses :-) Thank you for your hospitality! It’s also very conveniently located with easy access to the freeway but do not hear the sounds of the freeway at all! Loved it!
