High standard hotel. Excellent. Recommended and would stay there again.

Great hotel and great Service very friendly and helpful and very clean and great service.

The hotel was superb with extremely nice staff. The pool area was also great for a family with kids. The only thing was that the bathroom was a bit dirty, and some dirt and an old box of crackers came from under the bath sink when it was emptied. Otherwise great!

Great location easy to get to Stockholm or Arlanda helpful staff nice modern clean rooms. Downside very noisy from trains and AC doesn't work enough to keep you cool.

Clean rooms, great breakfast selections, good location

The staff in the check in was very unfriendly. “ALL rooms become available at 15:00” Definitely not willing to help. The light in the bathroom was broken. There was no shower gel in the shower (the bottle was empty) I would not recommend this hotel unless you need to stay in the área.

The only downside for a 5 day visit is that there were no storage drawers. I asked for and got some extra hangers but other things stayed in suitcases. Everything else was very good and all the restaurant and reception staff were helpful and spoke perfect English.

Went on a business trip but would use for a holiday. Room was a bit small if we were a family but I guess they have bigger rooms. The bathroom was a bit small but good for one. Great breakfast for anyone that really wants to have s big meal. Bar and food was overall good as well.

The restaurant does not have English menus and the staff English skills are not great. Wait time at the restaurant is also very long before you get service. The clothes iron in my room had bare copper wires exposed which is VERY dangerous

Rooms are a bit small and so is the toilette but since one is out the whole day not really relevant.breakfast is really great and a huge choice.staff is very friendly.
