El hotel es muy nuevo, los ambientes limpios y confortables, todo el plantel de servicio muy amable y respetuoso, el pequeño incoveniente es que la entrada al hotel queda un poquitin lejos a la playa pero no es un problema grande.

Very nice , modern and tidy hotel. Great location, good service. However, I had expected that the hotel had a bar on the roof top. Could have exchanged some of the sun beds and placed a small bar.

Room was clean, but “City” room was tiny! No space to put your bags down and no wardrobe to unpack to, just a few hangers above the mini fridge. Very tight around bed. Also no coffee in room (de-caf and tea only) and toiletries not refreshed.

This hotel was great. Comfortable and good location. The pool was tiny, but it was cool that it's on the roof. Parking is limited, but they had a deal with a nearby garage, although kind of expensive. I would stay again.

Bea who serves the breakfast is the best. Gave us very nice and personal service. The fitness room had half the machines out of order. The room is nice but small.

Zero customer service or help
Terrible experience overall. We never completed our stay as we had to cancel our wedding and honeymoon due to COVID, and being unable to travel to Europe due to restrictions. Hotels.com told us not to cancel our booking until they had updated their COVID policy and until they had spoken to the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel then refused to refund or provide a credit for a future stay (despite all of the other hotels we booked for our trip offering goodwill and providing future travel credit). We are all hurting but this hotel has been truly awful to deal with zero customer service and we have lost all of our money for this stay for what was meant to be our honeymoon. Hotels.com have been no help either. Abhorrent behavior from both Hotels.com and the hotel and a truly disappointing and exhausting experience.

A pleasant and relaxing hotel in a quiet area of the town. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and courteous. I would recommend the hotel but caution: at the time of our stay the Wi-fi was slower than drying paint!
