The resort is modern, clean, and have plenty of activities. Restaurants and food selection was great but was a bit difficult to reserve a table for specialty dinning. The road to get to resort was horrible with bumps and pot holes, hopefully the city will improve this situation. Overall had amazing time with family.

The property is beautiful. Room configuration is great for multi-generational travel. The rooms were very clean, and the mini-bar was well stocked with soda & beer. There were 3 in our party. My mother, who is 80, and mobility challenged was with us. The distance to the room was too great for a walker, so we requested assistance to the room. A life guard brought a wheel chair to take her to our room. We were offered wheelchair rental at $30/day. We did rent a W/C because everything was too far for her to walk (with her walker) too. Reservations were required for dinner, but app did not work well. Also, there is a dress code, but as far as we could tell it was only for men and just to wear closed toe shoes to dinner. Food was ok, not great. We did not see any shows, if they occurred it was not well publicized. Last straw, at 0830, on our last day, housekeeping entered despite a "do not disturb", we were not awake, since check out was 1200, and we had a long day of travel ahead. I was NOT a happy camper! Overall, it was just ok, and there are absolutely better and less expensive options in Cancun & vicinity.

Just okay overall - Dont suggest large groups

When half of my group arrived at the hotel, we were immediately yelled at for not having masks, which was not a problem with anyone, but we did not bring any since there was no mention of them beforehand. It made the entire check in process really difficult, and the staff were very hostile from that point on. I had messaged the hotel before letting them know I had a large group coming from all over the country, and they told me that nothing could be done in advance to help make the process of check in and restaurant reservations easier. It was extremely difficult for all of our girls to check in and get our bags. Each group had a similar experience with hostile desk workers. We were not given any directions to the rooms, and when we asked other staff they had no clue where any of the rooms were, so we wandered around until we found them ourselves. The check out process was even worse. There was multiple instances where we were talked to rudely by the staff, and generally felt like they were bothered by us being a large group. It was almost impossible to get a reservation at a restaurant before 9 PM, but the food was all very good. Not many options for in-between snacks. The grounds were beautiful, and the pools and beach were very nice. Our favorite spot was the beach bar! Overall I wouldn't suggest this hotel for anything other than a vacation for a couple - they seemed to take a lot of priority to staff.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Very clean and the customer service is excellent. They really take pride in making sure you are having a wonderful experience.

Looks good but the hotel is terrible!

Be careful when you stay in this hotel!!!! The hotel looks nice but it is awfully run. Do not ever wire any money directly to the hotel because they will keep it and they will say you never pay them. They run FRAUDULENT activities in their front desk and management. They never solve any potential issue (call them several days in a row to fix the safe and never showed up, had to beg for new towels, etc) In fact, the hotel did not let us in calling us unwanted customers when we first arrived because we did not have a reservation when we actually had the reservation done in this platform. AVOID all these issues and stay somewhere else!

Overall it was nice. Food could have been better. Attempts at sales of memberships were overdone. Have stayed at other a all-inclusives that were nicer. But for the price cannot beat location and overall value.

Huge, beautiful resort with lots of amenities. Great gym too! Like a little village within a resort. Their market place and restaurants made it so you had everything you needed! 12/10 would go back and recommend!!!

This is a new property. It’s bright and has lively entertainment.Modern architecture. The beach is gorgeous, food is excellent! Superb coffee shop and great drinks ( not washed down at all, as others say) Lines can get long at breakfast. Will be back!
