It is what you expect for the price. Needs some TLC and better towels but is clean and fairly comfortable.

cheap place in a beautiful Ky lake area.

The motel is a bit run down and the cleanliness is only the basics ( toilet paper holder had dust inside about 1” thick, bench is very stained and there was stuff on the floor under the sink). Bed is VERY firm and the pillows offer a variety of softness choices (we enjoyed the pillows). We enjoy having a sofa and desk area. Price was low in comparison to others. If you’re looking for the basics (bed:shower:tv) this will save you some money! Service at the front desk was friendly! WiFi does not work. We were too tired to ask for any assistance from anyone!

It was a clean room but, the rooms need maintenance. The door to the bathroom was all apart at the bottom. Instead of replacing the door, it was just painted over. Web site still says breakfast, but they have nothing. Other places we stay at least offer fresh fruit or a sweet roll or juice.

Surprisingly Comfortable

The staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We were at the lake all day and came back to the room to unwind. We would definitely stay here again!

I stay in a lot of hotels and it is what I expect at this price point as far as property amenities and condition. The property is clean and the staff is very friendly

Pleasant

I had some hesitation on finding a room on Thanksgiving but we found a great deal. The king sized bed was amazing after being in the car all day and the tub was perfect for a long soak. The tv was super as well though honestly we did not even turn it on. We had a quiet spot in the ground floor and it wasn’t crowded. Check in was under two minutes and the clerk was very nice. I didn’t catch her name but she was pleasant and I appreciated it. Location was convenient- far enough away from the interstate so there was little traffic but the Love’s was a quarter mile away for the two a.m. surprise run for Pepto. Overall enjoyable stay and I would book there again.

The pictures are deceiving..... it is much like a motel 6.... i know its cheap, but the photos looked like the room was a lot nicer than what it was. There is no outside photos for a reason. Its an old run down building..... the ceiling had major water damage thru the room... the wall paint was flaky.... there was someones uhh, bodily fluids on the head board!!! YUCK! Definitely don't recommend.
