Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport - Neu-Isenburg

Holiday inn is fine in that I had a large bright clean room. It failed badly on the breakfast where the buffet let Them down badly. Not so much the choice which as fine just that the food onnoffer seemed bland. I wish I could put it into words properly so I’ll have to just say that in the last month my friends and I have stayed at about 10 hotels in Europe and we all agreed this was the one qwwith the worst breakfast ( go figure! )apart from that the hotel was fine. It’s positi9n isn’t great but hey, it’s an airport hotel. Pleasant to stay in .

Horrible location that advertised as airport hotel. 33.5 euro cab ride from airport. They wanted 25 euro for shuttle back to airport. In a business park with no restaurants nearby. Horrible experience! Would be fraudulent advertising in US. Holiday Inn should pull franchise or stop them from calling it a Frankfurt Airport Hotel!!

This is a wonderful family hotel that really defines the word "service". While it is not located near any real entertainment or shopping, it is definitely a great place near the airport if you need to access your flight quickly and with great staff in attendance.

Great hotel and nice staff, there’s even a sauna. Price was reasonable and beds were very comfortable. I wish I had stayed closer into the city though as there is no public transport available to this place so you would need to pay for an Uber or taxi. However overall really great

Well its hardly near the airport 36 euro taxi ride to the hotel 8 miles from the city center. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport 15 euros each way but its not advertised. Breakfast was good but ecpensive at 17.00 euros per person. The internet was good. The first 24 hours were free, afer that it was 9.00 euros per 24 hours. The room rate was nice but your nickled and dimed to death.

Room was a little stuffy/warm. Quiet location. Near airport.

Online this hotel is called Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport. It’s in another city, a 32 euro cab ride from the airport. It’s not even close! It’s located in an industrial area and has no grounds. There are no restaurants or other amenities close by. Upon checking in, I asked the young lady about tour reservations for the next day and she told me the hotel had no concierge and I’d have to do everything myself. Another young lady, Rebeca, heard this from her nearby office and came right out and asked me how she could help. She was marvelous during our entire stay. She explained the tour aptions and the prices and booked us on a city tour of Frankfurt and a cruise on the Rhine. Also she arranged for transportation to the cruise office and back to the hotel. The next day she confirmed our flights to Rome and printed our our boarding passes. Then she arranged for transportation from the hotel to the airport. I can’t imagine what our stay at the Holiday Inn would hace been without her. The breakfast for 17€ was okay. The dinners in the restaurant were good and the nice food server was excellent. I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you’re a businessman who has business in the immediate are and transportation provided. In our particular case, we paid 32€ to go to the hotel, 25€ to the tour office, and 25€ for the return, and 35€ to go to the airport. Plus tips, naturally. If you stay there and need anything, don’t forget to ask for Rebeca.

Relatively close to the airport. This was an overnight stop before flying out. Many good restaurants nearby.

It was not close to the airport and the shuttle was not available, why the name is Airport if is not going to be close or even give the shuttle service.
