Beds were generally comfortable. Shower and bathroom clean. Window would not shut so I asked about it and the front desk came to help me shut it. A/C works well. Breakfast ok but not much variety. But location was good for me. Near bus routes and Osmangazi metro stop. Lots of great Syrian restaurants nearby. Very close to Kent Meydan mall with Starbucks and good shopping. WiFi is very fast. But overall this is a clean and decent and simple hotel that’s good for a few nights stay on business.

The stay was good. But not as good as before. For some reason I was bitten a lot by bugs in my bed. But I couldn’t see them. Maybe very small bed bugs. I don’t know. Because of COVID-19 , the breakfast was not open buffet, only small plate of some cheese vegetables and olives. The bathroom and shower is clean and nice. But the hair dryer was not working. Even after I told them about it they didn’t fix it. Probably I will stay again because of the value but maybe a bit more improvement would be nice.

The triple apartment with me and colleagues was clean (which was best thing about it). The bathroom was also clean (just a few ants we saw on the floor which I killed), but it's normal in Turkey sometimes. Maybe they can spray to kill the ants. The air conditioner was very nice and quiet and did not disturb our sleep. There was complimentary water and coffee in the room. Also a small fridge to put your own drinks if you needed it. The breakfast buffet was simple but good, with variety of Turkish breakfast kind of foods. I am thinking to return here on my next business trip. My only critique of the hotel was that when I asked for late check-out (because I can tell the hotel was not crowded or full in anyway), I was refused. When we asked a second time the general manager, he allowed us to check-out only 1 hour extra. If we can extend longer than this, it would be very nice for us so that we can be comfortable until we catch our transportation later in the evening. I come here often with my colleagues for business, so I'm still looking for hotel that offers late check-out for regular customers. This is why 4 star review and not 5 star. I hope you can understand.

Ortalama bir oteldi, 2 gün kaldım ilk gün yer olmadığı için yan otel olan Çakır otelde yer ayarladılar o otel çok kötüydü. İkinci gün kaldığım Şahin otel odadaki bir kaç önemsiz eksik dışında gayet konforlu bir rahat oteldi. Hem açık hem kapalı otoparkının olması gayet iyiydi.

Hôtel assez triste dans une rue peu sympathique. Chambre, salle de bain, literie très correctes. Petit déjeuner très peu satisfaisant.
