Mandatory Valet Sucks
Everything was great except the mandatory valet service. We had an appt we had to get to upon check out and it took 1 hr to get our vehicle. The valets don’t explain everything properly. They said all we needed to do was text them for our vehicle, but after waiting 30 min I went to the desk and the lady said I had to click the link. The text I received said “Click ‘XX’ for your digital ticket.” To me that doesn’t mean click the link for your vehicle to be added to the list for retrieval. So with doing what the first valet told me, text the number “I need my vehicle in xx minutes” was incorrect. After I went to the desk, the lady added me, but we ended up waiting 1 hr to get our vehicle. That’s ridiculous and we were late for our appt. I will never be back or stay at any hotel that has mandatory valet.

Great service but just needed some upkeep
It was pretty good. The service was great but 2 of the 4 lamps would not turn on when I went in. Also atleast 2 of the plugins would not hole my phone charger so I had to charge my phone from the bathroom. Just seems like the have neglected some of the small things. The service was amazing and it did its purpose. I do believe for the price I paid it should have been more kept up with.
