Terrible rude I called the hotel to find out if they had restaurants that were open the lady said yes when I got there the restaurants have been closed for months and if you want a coffee you have to go by in the gift shop and if you are handicapped forget it it's a hundred yard walk from the handicap to the check encounterI requested a handicap room first floor she said she had one available when I called when I got there it was third floor no handicapped if your handicap you know how difficult this is this is my third stay with this hotel chain and I won't be doing it again I've had problems every time there are plenty of other hotels in the area I would suggest one of those

Bad timing. A lot of young teens were staying at the hotel and they kept playing in the elevator and had all the floors and the elevator drenched with pool water. When we first got to out room, there was kids running and screaming in the halls; but we asked to switch floors and they helped us out. We really like this hotel. The service really is top notch.

The hotel is ok. There no microwave and the toilet take forever to flush

Overall my stay was wonderful. I did however not like the breakfast ordeal. I would have liked to be informed that the grab and go breakfast was not included in the regular room but other than that the stay was a great experience

The hotel is falling apart, elevators are dirty and buttons broken and hanging out. Hallways look like they havent been cleaned in weeks and rooms are filthy. The hotel is completely falling apart and is not near a 3.5 star hotel. Motel 6 is in better condition than this place.

The service was not as expected. I booked a king room for 3 ppl. There was no extra pull out couch and we were told by front desk that we couldn't get a roll away bed because housekeeping was closed. They did move our room, but next to a group of ppl sharing several rooms and partying all night. In and out of the rooms, slamming doors and being loud in the common area. At check in nothing was really explained! Something so simple as which elevators to take to our room. Especially since there are 2 hotels in 1 building. Booked a redeem and collect room, which also was not honored and neither was none of my other vip perks. We were told that they were not aware of free late check out, or breakfast included perks. Completely dissatisfied with their service!

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It got worse the second night here. Noise problems. Woke us up again around midnight with party noise next door. Many complained. We had to finally go down to Reception to provide with another room or money back. After couple of times physically complained at reception and security, finally had call police.... what a sleepless night again. Got Quiet around 130am after I believe they were Thrown out or left voluntarily. Too much to handle two nights in a tow. We were glad to leave after that. Never to return to this place. Too bad... 3 years ago we were here with good memories.

This is what I sent to hotel as a chatting message via Expedia: “We can not believe a security man knocked on our room (actually banging. About 12am) while we were a sound of sleep for hours. We had sign out “do not disturb” but that did not matter. Woke us up anyway and ruined our sleeping. There should be no excuse for that. Thank you.” Could not fall back to sleep till late and had to get up at 530am... :( I guess there was a party or something with loud noise said security. He said someone said it was from our room. He said sorry and asked if we heard anything and where it was coming from. No idea what he was talking about. We were sound of sleep. Hotel never reply my message.
