Likes: Hotel was right off of the freeway, so pretty accessible. Staff was friendly and polite. Lobby looked like it was recently remodeled, so it was clean, and well kept. Hotel had security 24/7 and they walked around the parking lot/hotel often. Hotel was located 15/20 minutes away from a several shopping centers and eateries. Disliked: As soon as the elevator doors opened, our entire floor reeked of cigarettes (although it was a non-smoking floor). For peace of mind I used disinfectant wipes to wipe all surfaces (table/desk, dresser, nightstands, sink/kitchenette areas), and the wipes were filthy. We took the covers off to spray disinfectant on the sheets and found a visibly used/old acrylic nail). The tub was not set properly, and would move with every step we’d take while showering, and to top it off, it had nasty looking grime stains. A lot of the towels had old stains.
Great location and good access to eateries and pubs The front desk staff are 'sloppy'. I checked-in on PM of Nov 18th, paid security deposit of $50, but during check-out on Nov 25th, the front desk staff denied she collected security deposit and I was not refunded. The manager on duty promised to send me a video clip of my check-in transaction/interaction - I am still waiting! Still wondering how they would allowed a cash customer with accompanying security cash deposit? Something is NOT right! I recomend management should look into this - bad PR for the chain.
Everything went fine, clean rooms and easy access. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Worst experience I will never go again I had a bug bite all over my body didn’t even care .. The place is so dirty the stuff don’t know what you’re doing .
They didn't offer the continental breakfast no refrigerator or microwave in the room and was staying for 4 days rooms were dirty
When we checked into our room dropped our bags off and came back within an hour. Once getting settled we noticed that our television did not work and notified the from desk, we were advised that we could get a new room. The new was on the fourth floor where it was completely hot on and off the elevator. Once in the room we noticed it smelled like cologne and perfume. On top of the bed were long brown strands of hair and dirt and it was all over the sheets (I have video). again we called down and explained the situation with the new room and we were advised that there were no one bedrooms currently available and would have to say in either of the two rooms. So we went back to our room on the first floor with a broken television but was promised it would be fixed bright and early. The next morning we left about 10 am and spent the entire day away from the hotel. Once we returned, we checked the television and it was still broken. It took half of our stay to get the television fixed. The refrigerator in the room did not keep any items cold. This was a completely bad experience. I will not book with this company again.
When we checked in we were given a dirty room, they changed it right away. Our door didn’t close and lock properly, the maid left it open while we were gone for the day. It was a poor hotel overall.
I really didn't like much. The bathroom tube water dripped non stop. The rugs on the floor needed to be replaced.
