The hotel is one of the better ones on the island but still leaves a lot to be desired. Basic amenities.

Place was nice with great staff. But it didn’t have hot water for most of my stay because they were doing repairs.

Very clean, although hot water was somewhat lacking. Definitely book a suite with a balcony on a high floor, totally worth it. Wifi not great.

Let’s see - where do I even start. For the once that have been in San Andrez, they will understand. For others, this is one of the newest hotel on the island. Room 1110 is the best on the property. It’s a suite with beautiful view. The service is horrible. Not only at this hotel but in all other institutions, minus the restaurant La Regatta. Best service and food on the island. Why bad service: no extra towels, no extra room keys, no food menu in the room, some nights no water in the bathroom - the list goes on. The staff is not the brightest, don’t blame them. All minimum wage. Basically, you just learn to not ask and stay quiet. Complaining to staff goes nowhere. All together, the island is so beautiful that all these things become irrelevant.

I made a reservation here on the recommendation of a friend, prior to reading any of the reviews. While others may have encountered cleanliness issues I can unequivocally say that I saw no such issue at all. My room was spotless and properly cleaned daily. Every person that I encountered was delightful, friendly, and helpful. It's true, however, that the wifi is dreadful and intermittent, even in the lobby. The hotel is not on the beach which is either a good or bad thing depending on what you want in terms of immediate access and noise levels -- there is always a lot of activity on the street in the evenings. But the rooms have great water views. I'd definitely return.

We arrived to this hotel in San Andres Isla early and the staff would not let us check in early. Then they were running behind and our room was not ready until 1.5 hours after check-in time. So we waited at the hotel lobby for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous!! Then on two occasions our room toilet broke and they waited hours to fix it. So we had to add water to the toilet for it to flush. Horrible!! Then the staff would not give us toilet paper or clean towels until we called room service. The room was never cleaned unless we asked. The location was ok. Seemed to be in a relatively safe neighborhood. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport. About a 15 min walk to the beach. I had a terrible experience in this hotel. I would not recommend it.

Well organized new hotel withing walking distance to the marina

You can hear everything in the rooms next door. We put in a complaint about changing the room and nothing was done about it.

We were given a room that was not clean. After complaining to the front desk, there was an attempt to clean the room but was a epic fail.

The hotel is new and the rooms are nice with an amazing view. The breakfast is delicious. However they need to improve the cleaning since the bathroom had water and hairs everywhere. The staff was nice but they take a lot of time to help you because they don’t have enough people.
