Clayton Hotel Belfast

We had a fantastic stay in the Clayton. Everyone was so friendly and the beds were so comfy! My 5 year old has even been telling everyone how relaxing the stay was! Can't wait to stay again

Hotel was good but breakfast was a disappointment, we asked for it in our room for 9.30-10 am. It arrived on an ordinary trolley, uncovered & stone cold at 10. 30. No salt & pepper or butter for our toast. Not what we had ordered & yoghurt missing for the muesli. It said a service charge of £4 per person on menu we filled in & we were charged £10. We did complain to hotel but as of yet we have not received a refund. We were handed a receopt for our room on checkout & it was for alot less than we paid in Hotels.com so wont be using them again

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Use of a very close by car park for a reasonable rate -£10.50 overnight. I paid in full when checking in and bizarrely was asked for an additional £1 when I was checking out as the bill had been calculated incorrectly. No big deal either way but I felt it let down what was an otherwise very good service.

Lovely spacious room, let down by disappointing breakfast. Very cramped area, slow toaster leading to long queues meaning cooked breakfast had gone cold. No omelette station, congealed scrambled egg, no pancakes/waffles or muffins.

Great friendly service which allowed me to check in early after an early flight into Belfast -Iovely reception staff
