Seaside at Anna Maria Island Inn

Let’s start by staying this is our honeymoon. Trip started out fabulous. Staff was nice and friendly. Last day here. Construction happening on beach... which they could not control. But... construction happening outside our room starting at 8am that they could control. I went to staff with my concerns of the noise, banging, and not being able to enjoy our view or balcony. She told me... what would you like me to do? I said this is my last day and I deserve to be able to relax and enjoy what I paid for. Not one apology. Told me just go to beach. Very rude! Went to try and get a chair.... so I could just go to beach and the chairs are locked up. My husband goes to staff and tells her how are supposed to just go to beach without chair. She said I don’t know, want another towel? I paid good money for this stay and was extremely let down by her attitude and lack of give a damn.

Can’t beat the location right on the beach! Room is a little dated...but it’s a nice small property, wasn’t crowded at all for us. We were in town for a wedding it worked out great only thing I missed in the room was a full length mirror. Can’t beat the view!

The State was widening the beach and they were parked right in front of Seaside Beach Resort, which is where we stayed. As far as Seaside Beach Resort goes the lady at the front desk is as RUDE and disrespectful as they come. Leila was a real BLEEP!!!! Our room had a leaking a/c above us which leaked into the middle of our room. We had to go and ask Leila for a bucket to catch the water. Furthermore the a/c in our room did not work sufficiently. Other guests had their music blasting until after 2am and nothing was done about it. I would not recommend this place any more.

We had an amazing time here. The view was gorgeous.

Location is wonderful. Right on beach with a private beach section.

We loved that that you can step right onto the beach from your room, and that we had had our own beach lounge chairs and beach towels. The view was unbeatable. The inn was conveniently located to restaurants and the free shuttle stops. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend reserving an end unit because you can hear the upstair tenants at night.
