Good hotel , great location, not so keen on the bed or pillows

Great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Belfast. Hotel was modern, clean and inviting - especially as it was decorated for Christmas. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful - in particular, John, who made us feel particularly welcome whilst carrying out numerous different jobs around the hotel! Would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel but smell in the bathroom it was like someone was working on the pipes and behind toilet but didn’t put them back properly

The hotel was okay. The only thing that bothered us was that even if we asked about parkings close by, since the hotel doesn’t have a parking, the person employee that provided us with the info (from booking department I suppose) didn’t mention the exact name of the parking, so we parked in a parking which we thought was the one recommended, to find out during check in that it was the wrong parking. Ask for the name of the parking, not just the address, as there are several multi storey parkings at the same address. The room was okay, we would have liked more pillows on each bed, but overall was okay.
