Value hotel. Stayed 3 nites and it was reasonable. Nice staff. Older but clean.

The desk clerk was SO friendly and helpful, esp. for 11:30 at night!

I loved the size of the roooms. The front desk was extremely helpful. I had an issue unrelated to the stay, the staff went above and beyond to help me out. I have stayed here multiple times over the past year (my daughter is a student at Pacific U) and I have always had a pleasant experience with both staff and facility. For a "2 Star" hotel, I was treated like a 4 star guest every time I stay. I also had a special request of the hotel when booking from Expedia, and the Hotel responded personally and made sure my request was fulfilled. I will continue to stay here as long as my daughter continues to attend school here.

The property was clean and the staff was great! I came in about 10 minutes before the lobby closed and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was amazing! It was quiet up until about 5 am, and this is one of the reasons for a just shy of perfecr rating. Rooms desperately need slam proof doors, from about 5 am, a combination of guests coming and going and then the house keepers, doors were slamming so hard it would shake the bed and walls in my room. The tv also didnt work but that wasnt too big of a deal foe me.

You get what you pay for. Our room was clean and the bathroom was clean, but the whole property could stand an update. The pool was closed and no breakfast was being served (not even grab and go) because of COVID-19. The linens were scratchy and the A/C was loud, which was good because it drowned out the traffic noise. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No hot water in our rooms , yes rooms they moved us to a new room due to the first one not having hot water, well the second room also did not have enough hot water for 2 adults to shower, the fridge did not work, none of the staff our their children ad mask on, the door to allow the guest to come and go was almost impossible to work.

Rude. Didn't end up staying.
