Mic Royal Hotel

We booked the Honeymoon room which was in the 4th floor and we had a nice view from our balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast and the room itself was pretty nice, we also liked the bathroom and the shower. What was also better compared to other hotel rooms, is that the air conditioner was positioned next to the bed, so we didn't have any issue with direct cold air during night. However the room could have been cleaner and should be renewed. For example there was hair on the desk and on our blankets before we even used them and sand was coming out with the water of the Jacuzzi first, so we had to clean it before use. Also on our second day, my boyfriend found a needle under his back on the bed? We don't know where it came from but surely it wasn't from us. I took a picture of it on the night table next to the bed. The receptionist didn't impress us as well, as he acted indifferently and annoyed during check-in and check-out. The nearest beach was around 10 minutes by foot away and around the hotel there were many nice coffee shops and restaurants, a very great location. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff members were incredibly helpful and nice to us although we didn’t know the language. Breakfast was great. definitely an excellent stay!

On arrival nobody came to greet us, receptionist was hidden behind the desk he was not in the slightest welcoming, unsure if we had paid for our booking!! Room was so small you could just about manage to walk around the bed, bathroom was a small square cubical shower with the toilet squeezed in at the sat so whilst sitting on the toilet your arms were touching the wall and shower unit. Asked for an upgrade which we got the day after. Even tho the room was more spacious it was far from superb as stated in other reviews and pictures advertised. Furniture is all marked paint scratched off surfaces looking shabby and dirty. Jacuzzi was dirty all the trims/seals coming away. Water coming and going all day/night, often unable to flush the toilet!! Breakfast was very basic only one day did I manage to get an egg as they only cook so many then do not replenish the food, no yoghurt to go with fruit, minimal bread, overall breakfast was not good. Staff very unfriendly in fact the only time they spoke to me was when we checked out to leave. No water in pool even tho temperature was in 30’s! The only friendly/helpful person is the cleaner she was very caring/kind and would go out of her way to help you. We had cockroaches in the room. Awoken at 6:45 by people having a jaccuzi, very noisy hotel AM &PM. Was very disappointed after reading reviews the hotel does definitely not meet the rating advertised on website! would definitely not return or recommend this hotel. Needs reviewing.

the property was clean although the rooms were small and the bathroom smaller.

Good room service, never interupted me to clean room but instead waited until i was out.

Awesome staff Bahram speaks very good English, hotel location very close to beach and restaurant and activities, hotel rooms conditions very good, i enjoyed it

Very clean beautiful room. Beautiful new modern furniture. Good mattress Good staff. Lovely area. Everything was fine, but breakfast should be better
