Valet Apartments Kilburn

The two bedroom flat was bigger than expected with a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is modern and open with nice living room area. The flat is close to Kilburn underground station (Jubilee line) or West Hampstead overground/Thameslink station (1h direct train to Gatwick airport). After booking received an email to send copy of passport and credit card (for deposit - was refunded immediately at the day of check out). Once this has been emailed received the check in instructions, main door and flat door require a code to get in (no one at property, just use codes given in email as per instructions), no issues with that and easy check out as you can just leave. As I did not receive instructions immediately after sending email with documents I requested it and received swift response with instructions. The flat is in a quiet residential area, multiple flats in the building, overall quiet and peaceful. No issues, only thing was that the Wifi was spotty in parts of the flat and mattress a bit thin. However the flat is in a great location, easy check in (once document emailed) and everything you need is available (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, iron, towels, big kitchen with oven and fridge, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

Large spacious apartment, suitable for families (we were 5), not far from the tube station. Recommended!

Wonderful place, my family and I enjoyed staying in valet apartment. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends.

Bed tables would’ve been useful. Also a furniture for storing outdoor clothes and shoes near the entrance would’ve been good. Otherwise the apartment was very good for our use (family of 5), and level of armament good.

Ett sovrum med stor garderob, ett vardagsrum med kök, stor kyl och frys samt tvättmaskin är ett plus. Badrum med dusch och badkar också ett plus. Dålig Wifi, fick kontakta och få ett nytt lösenord. Många smala trappor att bära bagage i. Sliten och repig köksutrustning. Bra läge i lugnt område. Bra med kod till båda dörrarna, man slipper nyckel/korthantering, fick dock tjata för att få koderna till dörrarna 48 timmar innan vistelsen som utlovat.

Rymlig lägenhet. Bra ljudisolerat. Ena sängen kändes fjädrar igenom. Soffa trasig, en av tre stolar trasig. Obefintligt med krokar på väggar el stolar att lägga tex kläder på.

겉으로 보기 굉장히 깔끔합니다만 침대와 침구 상태가 정말 말도 못합니다 매트리스는 다 꺼진 정도가 아니고 스프링이 등에 배길정도에요 침구는 다 헤지고 찢어지고 핏자국에 얼룩에 진짜 최악이었습니다 숙소가 넓고 화장실도 욕조 있는 화장실 2개까지 있는점은 좋습니다 직원분들도 친절하고 피드백 빠릅니다 그런데 진짜 잠자리는 최악이었네요 노숙자도 그런 매트리스 위에선 안잘 것 같아요
