Venice City Apartments

A dump. Floor tacky, unpleasant stain on matress cover on unmade twin bed next to our bed. Constant odor of sewer, shower mouldy. Single thin stream of water. One towel per person. Only one light in room, on ceiling high above. Clock stuck at 6:20. Entrance off a back alley parking area. Small handmade sign, cash only.

our stay was very nice. a very nice staff and rooms very clean. the area is very good and safe, near the metro station. there is a very good restaurant near the entrance with affordable prices

Location is prefect and the train station is just on the opposite of the road. We also picked up our rented car on the other side of the road and collected our luggage from the apartment after check out. Fridges on each floor are very helpful for the summer stay so we can store things there. The manager is very nice and was willing to help in any way. AC in the room worked well and we had slept well in the evening ( comparing to the AC at other accommodations in other cities in Italy). Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance. Have already recommended this place to my friends.

I will recommend this place if u r planning to go to venice... Very clean and beds are comfortable.. Host is very nice and understanding...

My wife and I were traveling through Europe and looking for low cost places to stay that weren’t disgusting and somewhat comfortable. This property fit the bill for us in Venice. It’s right across from the train and bus station in Mestre making a 10-minute, very inexpensive ride to Venezia-St Lucia (the main island). The room was comfortable, quiet, and private and the host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The property is only steps away from the train, bus, and tram station called Mestre FS. I really liked the balcony. The host was awesome. it was like the rooms were soundproofed once the shutters were closed I could not hear the other guests or barely the street noises. The shower is European style and it will get hot and cold. Lovely property, awesome place to stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised by 5 Venice Apartment. As you can see on the photos, the building is next to a multi-storey garage, so the view from the window is nothing to write home about, but this is the only drawback. The location is very convenient just across the street from Mestre train station. Venice is 10-15 minutes away by train, and Padua is only slightly farther. The building appears newly renovated. Our host was very eager to help, for example he brought us a table to use as a computer desk. We stayed there for a week and were very happy with our choice.

They were renovating whist I was there so quite noisy. Friendly staff otherwise

La struttura era segnalata come favolosa. Evidentemente quello che l'ha segnalata in questo modo non sa assolutamente cosa significhi questa parola. Servizio che non esiste assolutamente. La camera doveva essere rifatta da noi senza mai essere pulita, nel bagno non c'era il bidet, all'arrivo è stato dato un solo asciugamano a persona che doveva servire per tutto il soggiorno e per tutti gli usi,la televisione non funzionava e non è stata aggiustata malgrado le nostre proteste, appena arrivati ci hanno chiesto di pagare immediatamente la camera in quanto non avevano nemmeno controllato che era stata già pagata all'atto della prenotazione, però ha preteso i soldi della tassa di soggiorno senza rilasciare nessuna ricevuta. L'unica cosa positiva era la vicinanza alla stazione, ma per pochi euro in più ci sono fior di alberghi e dico alberghi proprio di fronte alla stazione. Sarebbe stato il caso di cambiare subito e cercatre di farsi restituire il denaro. Leggo in fondo che la struttura si riserva di cancellare la mia recensione, a questo punto metterà solo quelle che fanno loro e prendono in giro i turisti. GRAZIE.
