We enjoyed this cute condo for our annual family vacation. There was plenty of space for the three of us and our sweet doggy. Great communication from the owners. Easy walk to board walk and beach! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and in a great location. Being pet friendly is a big plus as it's harder to find places that allow pets. Owner was excellent to work with and very nice. We give it 5 stars and will be returning in the future.

I needed a quiet get-away spot for a solo writing retreat and this condo was perfect. The location was great, with the boardwalk and a few open businesses in easy walking distance. It's well-stocked, well-furnished, and impeccably clean.

Thank you so so much to Ken, Donna and the rest of the gang for allowing us to stay at your lovely property. My wife and I sold our home in PA and had a 2 week gap before we could settle in our new home in Rehoboth Beach, so we needed somewhere to stay. It was tough finding a place that would accept cats, we have 2, Spencer and Colors, and they are our babies so not having them with us was def NOT an option. Then we wanted a place that was easy to care for because our cats have their claws and we didn’t want carpet and we know they shed and their cat litter goes all over, so having all tile was just perfect for us and the cats! The location of the condo is awesome. Close to the beach and boardwalk and just really close to anything you may need. We were there 10/11 to 10/25, so it was extra awesome because it’s the off season and there were plenty to times our car was the only car in the street and our other car only shared the parking lot with one other vehicle. A note about Ken: he really was easy to deal with and very accommodating! Even let us get in a day early when requested (but we ended up not needing that extra day anyway.) Also, when we checked in it was well after midnight and I went to the back door instead of the front door so I couldn’t get it! I emailed and called Ken and he got back to me ASAP and helped me out straight away. (If you are looking at the unit door and you turn around, you should see Parrot Bay across the street, that’s how you know you are at the front door.) Also, it started to get cold so we put the heat on and had an issue with the heater in the bathroom and Donna stopped by one day to check it out which was very thoughtful. Finally, the reason I marked what I did about cleanliness is just because their cleaners don’t clean like we do. It wasn’t gross by any means but I had to clean the place when I arrived to feel better with my cats being there. I cleaned under the beds, behind the nightstand, under the couches, the entire bathroom and heck we even washed all of the bed linens and couch covers....just made me feel better because of our cats and they already weren’t happy with all the changes going on in their lives so I wanted to cut back on other people’s smells and animals the best I could. Overall, this was a perfect home BEFORE we settled on our real home. We would definitely come back & def reccomend renting from Ken. - Carey, Kathy, Spencer and Colors

Had a great stay at Ken’s place. Clean, Great Location with easy access to Beach, Boardwalk, and Restaurants (De Lazy Lizard, 😋). Ken was an responsive and ideal host.

This condo was an excellent place for our family. I was very thankful that they allowed us to bring our two small dogs, the owner responded very promptly when I had a couple questions, and the place was very well-equipped with many extras to make our stay even more pleasant. The area was a great location, it was quiet, very accessible to the bay and the beach. I would definitely recommend this place as well as request to stay here again. We also took the recommendation that was written in the book and went to the Lazy Lizard for dinner and was very happy with the location and the meal and would return again. Overall it was a fantastic week.

I booked Ken’s place for my best friends bachelorette party that was also St. Patty’s day weekend and this was the perfect place! The condo was so cute and had decorations throughout the entire place. It was clean, fully stocked, close to everything and fit 5 of us girls comfortably. Ken is great to do business with and answered all my questions super quick! Also, I just checked out today and have already received a message from him that he processed my security deposit refund!! I would highly recommend staying here!

This is our second time staying here and once again it was an amazing time ! Despite what is happening in the world today we were still able to take time and relax... I would absolutely recommend this place!
