Very convenient location, free parking, clean place, descent breakfast!

Dot Hostel was great. We stayed for 2 nights when visiting the Mount Fuji area and were very happy with our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were new, very clean and a good size. There was a really handy shuttle that took us to the Kawaguchiko station in the mornings and even picked us up again later in the day. This really helped with cost as the hotel is not in the easiest area to access via public transport. The place was super value for money and we would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this place to others.

This hostel was a great place for us to stay. It's a very new hostel so is in very good condition. We had a private room with a bathroom which was very nice, good facilities. In the evening the hostel had a "Takoyaki Night" where we sat in the communal area and made takayaki's with the staff and other guests. That was great fun. The staff also helped to warm up some Sake that we'd brought and served it up in the proper Sake cups. Great fun. Near to the hostel is the "Natural Living Centre" which is a really nice place to walk around and see some lovely flowers.The lake itself is also very nice and should give a good view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. It was at the last stop on the "Redline" bus that you take from Kawaguchiko Station and about a 3 minute walk from the station. The hostel staff also took us back to the Kawaguchiki station in the morning, which saved us a lot of money! Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for something a bit lower cost than other hotels in the area. The only issue we had is with the cost of the Red Line bus. The cost from Kawaguchiko Station to the hostel was almost 500 yen per person, for a 30-minute bus ride! If the hostel could provide a more frequent shuttle service that would be awesome!

フロントの男性の方がとても優しく、帰りの時にお勧めの観光場所を教えてくれた。設備も綺麗でまた利用したい。

いろんなタイプのお部屋がありますが、お風呂がついている部屋で家族で泊まりました。 全てよかったのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫は欲しかった。 施設は新しく綺麗です。 駐車場が少し遠いので不便ですが、それ以外はいいと思います。

大石公園からの近く、ホテルも新しい事もありますが 洗面所、シャワー室トイレが男女別で、安心して利用できました。何よりも若いスタッフさんのお持て成しが、とても爽やかで、良かった。ドミトリーということで余り期待していなかったのですが、掃除も行き届いており、寝具シーツも綺麗で完璧でした。 又来たいと思います。

I stayed 1 night,This hostel is clean,bed is comfortable (I'm 5.9ft), amenity isOK But I wish there have teeth brush and moisturizer gel,and no conbini,therefore no ATM at near Totally nice hostel!

優質的民宿 價格便宜 對面就是大石公園很方便。 小缺點是浴室出來時有個小木頭墊抬，這個太小而且沒有固定，又是在木頭地板上，容易滑動，比較危險，建議改善。

At first, they gave us a room forgot cleaning, with hair on the floor and garbage in the trash. After they changed a new room for us, the room's air circulation is still bad. The dust in the air cause the nasal allergy of all my family when we stayed here. The advantage of this hotel is the location. It is near red line bus station and Oishi park where people can see the whole Mt. Fuji. Another suggestion, I hope there can be more shuttle service.
