Awesome 200% / my 15 year old never wants to stay anywhere else! except towels rough & thin not fluffy& cozy- again cool boutique hotel with terrible towels - like the Indigo the night before.. expect at a Motel 6 but not at this level. Great room and great vibe. Nice staff. Parking fee $10 where many nearby hotels $20-50. Awesome shower with great heat & pressure and nice pump eco friendly products. Cute retro fridge Comfy bed Great seating banquette with table Cool phone hook up speaker like stereo in room. Good large tv. Very clean everywhere. Nice touch to have old Persian so when feet hit floor from Bed not on cold cement. Quiet. Greeted with complimentary beverage at check in and 2 bottles still water in our fridge. 👍 Super friendly staff and gave great area rec.’s for eating, etc.

The most amazing hotel from the style to the customer service..Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Besides being one of the cooler decorated/style hotel I have stayed in Austin the customer service was outstanding! Also many personal touches that actually make you feel like a guest and not just a customers. It's the little things for sure.

Pros: Modern, clean hotel. Standard room is a nice size with a nook w/ bench/table. Very clean, high-end fixtures with great attention to detail. Service was fantastic. Big tv w smart channels. On-site parking is reasonable ($10 a day). Great location near bars and Blue Royal grocery (though crossing i35 is sketch) Cons: could hear music from nearby bars. Could hear neighbors in room next door (woke us up). Not enough wash cloths. Elevators can be finicky.

Best kind of hotel u can imagine. In a Hip area, cool bars coffee shop in walkable distance. Free cocktail / beer during checkin. Super friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Clean and designy rooms with nice views and a nicr loungey areas for late night chats and a few drinks ! What else u want ! So lucky to have stayed there 4 nights !

We had an amazing stay. Clean, quiet, unique. We stayed in a “kinda suite” room and it was perfect for us! The table area, the windows, the double sink in the bathroom, the larger than normal mini fridge, places to unpack, and lots of room to enjoy spending time in your room. The location has a draw back, but it isn’t a deal breaker. Across the street are some neat restaurants with outdoor eating options, if you stay on the side that we do, they can be fairly noisy in the evening. But they quiet down before you’re trying to catch shut eye. The location also has its perks! You’re minutes from South Congress which is a must. The hotel itself is swanky, incredibly well decorated, and was super clean and safe during this pandemic.
