customer service by Ashley and the young man at the front desk was great, unfortunately the guests at the hotel made the experience terrible. Ashley even gave us a map of wine county and passes for a discount on a tasting. She had a printed lists with restaurants their numbers, delivery or dine in etc. so helpful. The rooms seemed very clean and were sealed with a sticker to let us know Lysol was used to clean all surfaces. Our first night was terrible ... We went to grab our bags from the car people are congregating by our car and the hotel door smoking weed. I thought ok at least there outside not inside smoking. Wrong! The entire stay the elevators, hallways and room smelled like weed from neighboring rooms. It was so gross. An alarm started ringing in a neighboring room off and on for an hour starting at 8:30pm. The people right next door decided to have a party and had music on full blast from 9:00pm to about 3:30am. In between them fighting and yelling we couldn't get any sleep, even with our tv on it couldn't muffle their noise. At 12:45am I called the front desk to ask if they could ask them to turn it down just a little. The girl who answered said she would go check, 15 min later I heard someone knock twice at their door softly of course they didn't answer and continued to party all night. I expect to at least be able to sleep, we didn't even get an apology. I get covid changed things but the breakfast was a joke.

Very friendly staff that make your stay comfortable providing all things and amenities you might need. Property is clean and rooms are spacious.

Very clean, modern building and room. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. BUT, the shower gel dispenser was broken, I called frint desk to fix, and the DID NOT come and fix it. Also, AC unit in room was very loud.

Loved my stay here! Felt very safe, and it was excellently cleaned! Would love to stay here again, even if it’s just for fun!

This is a newer hotel that is in excellent condition. Bed is comfortable, the rooms have PERFECT blackout shades which all leave to a great nights sleep!

Location was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly liked that even though they couldn't do the breakfast buffet, they did have sausage sandwich's, muffins and fruit, where as some hotels just didn't give anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room! Small kitchen but had dishes, bowls, etc. Also had great table on rollers that pulled out from under desk. Did puzzle on that. However, breakfast in bag was not good. Super nice staff and very nice rooms. Don't recommend for handicapped unless you get room near elevator and handicapped room is not.

The hotel was clean staff was extremely friendly would definitely come back.
