Rim View Moab

The house was pretty nice. It is right next to the highway so you can hear the road traffic constantly. The address given does not come up on Google maps in the right location and since you don't receive directions till the day you check in we didn't realize it is adjacent to the highway. The place is clean but needs more dishes and towels. The kitchen knifes are very dull and one of the kitchen chairs was broke. The TV speakers were way underpowered with the traffic noise and was hard to hear. For the price paid, I would hope these things get fixed.

Clean, modern, spacious and came with a garage , washer & dryer. Perfect for extended stay or break on a road trip . Good internet . Check in was very easy . New linens. Very functional.

New house, well thought out, great design. Bed was very comfortable, though sheets were a bit scratchy. Beautiful views, over the wall, which was tall enough to hide the cars, but you could still see the billboards and trucks going by close enough to see the driver's faces. Everything was clean, but we did have to wash some of the pans before we used them because they were sticky on the bottom. I am guessing the last guests put them away like that because the cleaners did a great job with everything else. The traffic does slow down a lot at night so with the AC on, after a long day of driving, we slept well.

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay. Brand new and well appointed. They had everything we needed. A little out of town but definitely worth it. and really it is a 5 minute drive from the main part of Moab. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely return.

The description says "This 4-star condo is 0.1 mi (0.1 km) from Moab Information Center and 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Swanny City Park.". The google map indicates the location is downtown. This is not true. The property is over 6 miles south of Moab. After we signed up, they later sent an email with an address, but we assumed the address was what the website's map showed. It wasn't. The address they sent was correct, it was 6 miles out of town. I didn't realize that I needed to check the address. I had no reason to think it was any different than what the website showed. Overall, the property was very nice and we enjoyed it; it worked very well for 2 couples. Just disapointed in the location. The website needs to change the map it presents.

The pluses - it is a wonderful two bedroom house - well appointed. A king bed in the master and a queen bunk in the second bedroom. Kitchen is great for preparing meals, and the BBQ was easy to light and easy to use. It even has a garage for the car. The free wifi was excellent. There is no staff on site, but nothing went wrong for us. They send an excellent email that includes directions and how to get in. The minuses - It is located 8 miles south of Moab in the middle of nowhere, but it is an easy drive to Moab. There are no amenties on site other than the house itself. Units 1 through 4 back on to Utah Highway 191, and it is a little noisy - Units 5-7 are off the main road and have hot tubs, so I would think they would be a better choice. All in all, however, it was a great place to stay.
