This is very reasonably priced for a reason: it has very thin walls so you can hear everyone come and go and all the toilets and showers that are nearby. The floor vibrates from others vent fans. I unplugged the fridge so we could sleep. If you bring earplugs, the hotel is clean and the people are very nice.

Had a great time. The night manager even took the time to allow my 13 year old son play Xbox WITH him.

The staff checked us in promptly. The only noise was from a single train crossing early evening. Right on the main road through Cle Elem. The breakfast bar had pastries, waffles, fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. It was a nice place to stop and rest and get ready for more travels.

Large room, basic but very clean. The location was convenient. Breakfast service was nice.

The Econo Lodge, Cle Elum, is a very good two star hotel for my money. Why Cle Elum? It was cheaper than anything I could get in Ellensburg, which would also have suited my purposes. The only sort of negative was that I came in quite late (11PM) and my room was right over the lobby. It was rather noisy - but noise doesn't bother me, so, in a sense, […] I was a good guest to have in that room. I believe they gave that room out last (as they should) & I came in late. "Rather noisy" give the wrong impression - it was not dead silent. I could hear the lobby TV and the night staff chatting. Neither were loud enough to know what was said. For me, a non-issue. Again, I believe that was the last room given out (I had a reservation). The WiFi worked fine, the breakfast was at the good end of what I expected. The guy at the night desk was friendly and the morning gal super friendly. I took the last large plate & told her so and she was on it immediately. If I don't do the return trip in one day, I'll stay there again. Ďalšie informácie

Overall I was some what satisfied with the care. However, when I asked to use an iron because I had not packed one, I received an iron that was full of bleach water and starch. I was not informed of these additives in the iron water and proceeded to iron my shirt and about half way through I noticed the water had bleached and burned starch onto my shirt. […] I immediately went to the front desk to askfor a new iron and show them the shirt. I informed them that my shirt was now ruined and I had to wear the shirt for a wedding in 15 minutes . I was told to go wash my shirt and it will come out . I then reiterated that I had to wear the shirt in 15 minutes to a wedding. I was told that it was my fault and responsibility that the bleach/ starch water was my responsibility to check. I showed them the iron with crusted starch on the iron piece. There was no apology and/ or any attempt to help me either replace the shirt or any sort of assistance. I was told that the iron I borrowed my my responsibilty and that they were not liable for the shirt.I was also told that the shirt bleaching was unfortunate and hopefully if I washed it " it should come out". I disagree since IT WAS BLEACH, and I was not the one who put bleach into the iron. I was completely upset with the fact I had to wear a bleached spotted shirt to a wedding. SunCadia was awesome!! Beautiful landscaping, well appointed rooms, granite countertops, and spacious condo. The lodge entrance has a beautiful territorial view, free, fresh, cold drinking water for the asking. Complete with a barista, bar, etc.
