I was pleased with the overall visit. I was disappointed when I was asked for full payment when I had paid in full at time of reservation. Thank goodness I had my receipt.

We spent two nights at the new Hilton Garden Inn NE in Columbia and it far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is immaculate; the rooms are spacious, pristine, and tastefully appointed; and the indoor pool and spa area had to be the brightest and cleanest I've ever seen. The front desk staff was personable and helpful. Maybe this is all just a factor […] of it being a relatively new hotel, but if they keep this up, it's a wonderful stay and an incredible value. One-night stay. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms were very clean and location of hotel is adjacent to I-77.

Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and the maid service was very flexible with our schedule. The surrounding area was quiet though some patrons might complain about the sound of the train horn that could be heard periodically. I rather enjoyed it though it added to the athmosphere for me. Lovely room, hotel is attractive,clean and staff was more than gracious. Gym , pool and hot tub all worked were clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows great. The desk chair was ergonmically comfortable. Loved the stay!

"sleep number bed"
I was a little disappointed they werent real sleep number beds, tried to make the bed softer but it stayed harder than I like, but other than that the Hotel was very nice

the hotel is located in a up and coming area of Columbia. There are so many places to eat and shops and nightclubs just with in walking distance. the staffers were all very friendly and the breakfast was decent, even offered some hot foods! The pool is tiny but the kids liked getting in to get energy out after the long car ride. "Nice, pleasant stay"
Front desk was very courteous, helpful. Room was very nice, clean. The only complaint would be the beds. It seems that they had those sleep number beds, however, it was either too soft or too firm. Couldn't find a balance. Breakfast was a made to order with standard choices, not a buffet. Otherwise, we enjoyed our 3 night stay.
