Boli sme velmi spokojni. Cisty, velmi kvalitne sluzby vratane rezervacii top restauracii v meste, erudovany a ochotny personal, dobre vybavene pekne izby a hotel na snad najlepsom mieste Tokia a pritom tichy.

If you don't like cigarette smoke, this is not the hotel for you because smokers and non-smokers are put on the same floor, so the odor comes through the vertical sides of the door, therefore putting a towel at the bottom of the door won't block the odor. Older hotels such as this one, do not find it cost-effective to hardwire the Internet connection, […] and this hotel's unencrypted wireless connection was slow and often dropped the connection. There was a stagnant odor in the bathroom, most probably from the shower curtain. The staff was very efficient and courteous, but spoke limited English. There are no convenience stores nearby, so you have to go to the station which is also a shopping center. If you don't have a suitcase, this hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the JR station, and about 10 minutes if you have to wheel a suitcase along your side. First of all Ueno is a fantastic location to stay in due to it being a major transportation hub in Tokyo. This hotel was a five minute walk to the stations and made getting around Tokyo very easy for me. The hotel was clean and my room was cleaned to a good standard daily. You can use wi-fi in your room but the hotel has a strange policy requiring you to ask for a new password everyday. My only complaint would be that the pillow the hotel provided was not very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again but I would bring my own pillows this time. It seems to be a trend with Japanese hotels though. They only provide one pillow and it's not usually a terrifically comfortable pillow. So I would seriously suggest you consider bringing your own. Great hotel in a terrific location. Only a 5 minute walk from Ueno station, where you can get anywhere in Tokyo/take the shinkansen and a 7 minute walk from Keisei Ueno station where you can get to Narita. Staff is very helpful, the wifi passwords change every day at like 11 am but it's not too big of a deal. Room is very small and minimal but the bathroom […] is super clean with an awesome toilet. There is a Pronto restaurant attached to the hotel. If you're just looking for a room and don't want to live in a hostel/capsule hotel then this is a great place to consider. Struggled to find it (exiting central Ueno then over the passenger bypass seems simple enough but not when there are several!) but have since found a better map on the hotel website which should be helpful to fellow travellers. Staff were always courteous and friendly. Room was average sized with a TV, fridge, toiletries and daily yukata & slippers. […] I requested non-smoking but you could smell smoke throughout the hotel, not a huge issue but may be to some. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels & bedding to a good standard. For the money and closeness to the subway & train stations, I think the hotel is great. I'm a single female traveller and never once felt unsafe. "Easily accessible but not well-maintained"
Hotel can be easily located but isn’t well-maintained. At first night, the toilet shower (automatic spray that cleanses your bottom) had already malfunctioned, I was switched to another room the next day (but I always smell fumes inside my room after moving to the 5/F). Then at my 4th night, after flushing the toilet, the water just kept on running, […] making noises the whole night. I’d have asked them to fix it but it's well past midnight & I was exhausted, so I just left it till the next morning. Though a hotel staffer did help me fix it afterwards but frankly a simple verbal sorry isn’t good enough. Overall the hotel staff are all quite helpful - one helped me locate the nearest ATM online, and another helped me lift my luggage from the entrance down the road. If I do revisit Ueno, probably I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because it's poorly maintained. It's also stingy for the hotel just to provide a jar of hot water (not an electric pot for boiling water) & if you ask for a refill in the morning, then that's what you get for the remaining day, so do buy your own drinks before heading back to the hotel. Also the small fridge inside my room isn't cold enough. Having said the above, I did like having WiFi inside my room very much because even in some Japanese business hotels, there's only WiFi in the hotel common area. I stayed alone in Ueno for about 5 days and wasn't looking for anything fancy. This hotel is a little difficult to find, but is very close to Ueno Station (3-5 minute walk from the station). The staff were always friendly, although they spoke limited English. I was able to check in a little early and they offered to hold my luggage after I checked […] out since my flight was in the evening. I asked for a non-smoking room and received one, but there was a bit the scent of smoke in the hallways. You couldn't really smell it inside of the room. The room was very small, but clean. A hair dryer, yukata, slippers, and toiletries were supplied. Wi-fi is also supplied for free, but every morning after 11:00am, you will need to ask for the new password which changes daily. You can also rent a laptop for 1000 yen everyday. I didn't try the restaurants connected to the hotel, but if you're looking for a simple place to stay in Ueno, which is conveniently on the Yamanote line that takes you to just about every main spot in Tokyo, this is a nice place to stay. "Idealt läge till lågt pris vid kortare vistelse i"
Har bott här tidigare så visste vad jag bokat. Hotellet ligger på en lugn gata några hundra meter från Ueno Station. Hit kommer man med Skyliner från flygplatsen Narita och här går anslutnigståg och tunnelbana. Mao lite av ett nav för transport. I Ueno finner man en fin park med zoo och det finns möjlighet till bra shopping och massor av restauranger. […] Hotellet är enkelt och inget ställe man tillbringar mer tid än att sova på. "Convenient budget hotel"
Good location - minutes to Ueno station Good service - English is bad but attitude is good and willing to help. Room - small and basic and old. Bad sewage smell and have to turn exhaust fan on all day. But for the price, still acceptable. Good if u just looking for a place to sleep and leave the luggage.
