We had an overall great experience at the hotel. Our room was nice , the beds were cozy. It had a safe , so we could leave all valuable things in it. Very convenient location, not far from downtown Charleston and easy to find, right off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful . "Lots of room!"
The room was so spacious (we had a 2 Queen + Sofa). We had 3 adults and 2 kids under 4 with us. There was enough room and we didn't fee cramped at all and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of options for breakfast and the staff was out replenishing while we ate (so you know that it was fresh).

The only issue we had is we had booked the large room with the kitchen, living room and bedroom and we were given a smaller room. We had 5 people in a regular room. The living room had 1 chair and a couch and not enough room and there were 2 beds next to it. "Clean and convenient"
Reserved and received a two queen bed + pullout couch. Slept comfortably, good pillows. Kids loved the indoor pool -open 24 hours and the fitness room. Good breakfast - make your own waffles - yumm! "Great find"
We like this hotel, it's a little challenging to get in and out of from the main highway but the rooms are nicely sized, clean and comfortable. The hotel is fairly new and it still is in very good shape. We go back and forth between Hilton Head, Charleston and Reston VA a lot, so we stay here. We probably wouldn't vacation here because there really […] isn't a view or anything near by that we would want to go to but its good if you're looking for a place for the night or if you're on business. Nice and clean hotel ,everyone including other people staying there were nice ,staff was very sweet and the only thing that was a lil hard was leaving to get some where due to location and surrounding places to go but overal I will be returning if needed

excellent choice on our first visit to charleston... room was very comfortable, clean with amenities continental breakfast was very good rates very affordable for the accomodations parking access is tricky but positives outweigh minor inconvenience

Only issue I encountered was the cleaning/checkout crew... Rude! Other than that I plan on going back!

This is a nice, clean place to stay and the rate we paid was about right for the season. The only drawback to the facility is the exit from the parking area, in which to go left....you have to first go right and then u-turn at the nearest light. We had a great time visiting Charleston. The hotel was away from the beach but close to interstate mall Target easy to get to and from. Room was very clean and spacious. Pool was indoor and perfect for a quick dip not very big but just right for the younger kids to get in and play. Swim at own risk but open all hours. I stayed at the Comfort Suites West of the Ashley. It had a very professional staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, and overall I was impressed.

Very nicely maintained and clean hotel. Personal all friendly and helpful. Nice ammenities including nice breakfast. Good beds, comforters, and pillows - good night sleep. A little difficult getting on and off streeet into parking lot. All for a very reasonable cost!

Room was spacious and comfortable. The suite can not be divided into two rooms as some Comfort Inns allow. The indoor pool was small and there wasn't much to the workout room, but both were adequate enough. Breakfast was crazy busy. Big line for the single waffle maker. Typical selection of cereals, toast, coffee, etc.

gute Möglichkeit im an sonsten überteuerten Charlston zu übernachten. Leider gibt es den im Internet angekündigten Shuttle Service in die Innenstadt nicht. Man braucht zwingend das Auto.
