we stayed 1 night prior to our trip to Mexico. The shuttle service was the best part of our stay. the drivers were wonderful. the room was extremely noisy - outside noise and air conditioner. would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean room, great shower head, comfortable bed, very friendly front desk staff, easy to use shuttle, free internet, and a friendly small bar downstairs....just about perfect

Please vacuum your hall way carpets. This my second stay at Aloft, a different one, but you can see dirt on the dark carpets, which is a turn off.

this hotel is very modern...cheap...and i wouldnt stay anywhere else..its about 8 mins away from the harbor..and i had such a great stay...i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting baltimore

I've had good experiences at Aloft so booked into this one. It appears to be the oldest, most used. Service was dreadful - we had confirmed an accessible room - we got a room with two beds. Not accessible. The person at the desk didn't seem to know their rooms. We switched. The beds were lumpy and old. Next day we tried to go swimming - reason for staying […] at Aloft. I must say after staying the Aloft, everywhere I go im looking for the nearest one for my resting and relaxation needs. I DON'T WANNA STAY ANYWHERE ELSE...

We chose this hotel because it allowed us to leave our car while we were away and utilize their shuttle service to/from the BWI airport. The hotel was clean, no free continental breakfast, but not particularly comfortable. Two of us stayed there, but we had only one towel. one regular size pillow, the other a mini pillow, mattress on king size bed was way too soft, and the breakfast bar (not included) was quite expensive for wrapped items that could have just come from a dispenser. Redeeming value were the free parking & 24 hour shuttle service.

Nice room but housekeeping waking one at 9 am, and then coming back later when one is checking out at noon tends to color one's experience.

This was my 4th stay at an Aloft hotel. I always booked these hotels because of the great service and wonderful rooms. This was my 2nd stay at this particular hotel. I returned to the desk only to be assigned another room without […] a bathroom door. I lucked out with the 3rd room. The hotel and rooms walls are scuffed from careless housekeepers. The carpets had dark stains throughout the room. I was informed at the desk that we may not have enough towels and to let them know--after notifying the main desk we had to wait almost an hour for towels. The king sized bed had two small pillows - had to call and wait almost an hour for two extra pillows. The bartender was rude and it was obvious he wasn't charging his friends for their drinks. What a huge disappointment! During check out were were asked how we enjoyed our stayed, I informed the desk personnel of our experience and that we wouldn't stay again. from the first time I stayed at this hotel 3years ago i have ALWAYS been pleased each and every time I've returned and they have not failed me yet. From the cleanliness of the room go the pleasantries of the staff everything has been WONDERFUL...great job and don't stop what u r doing

This hotel is very convenient to BWI. Great rates and large rooms. The option to leave the car there and shuttle in and back was great. Contacting the hotel upon return was difficult as there was no phone or listing for them inside baggage claim. Other than that I would definitely recommend it to anyone flying out of BWI.

A great option near the BWI airport...a downscaled but still hip W type hotel...no room service but good healthy selections in the FUEL snackbar for meals to go...great bar, indoor pool. The bed had a white blanket which had dirt all over it. I had to question wether or note the blanket had been changed. We made our reservations about 2 weeks before our stay. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The desk clerk was not very friendly and he certainly lacked customer service skills. I felt the Hotel was overall a nice property and our rooms were clean. I was excited to be finally staying at an aloft property after hearing about the concept and vision inspired by the W Brand. Sadly I was let down from the very beginning with the front desk not being able to make my room key, my room not having wash cloth and having to waiting 2 hours for one to take a shower, fraid and torn carpet and shower door not […] closing completely cause water to puddle on bathroom floor. very nice room and stay - as always...hotel room was missing the bathroom door...had to ask front desk to remedy the situation!

I stayed here during a gig in Baltimore. The hotel looks sleek and modern. The rooms are really cool. The lobby/lounge area has a bar that was still open when I got back at 1am. Staff was friendly. I only stayed one night but wished I was there longer.

Would like to have full size pillows on bed , complimentary breakfast

Whenever I need to stay over in Baltimore, I choose Aloft, it's the best!

The Aloft hotel is clean comfortable and the rooms are somewhat spacious

Even though I am from the area, I needed a hotel for family members to stay for my graduation weekend. The staff was very accommodating to my Aunt that came in on the train, picked her up at the train station, was very accommodating to my aunt who didn't get in until 0500 in the morning. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room very clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was not heated and food served by hotel was very highly over-priced. Shuttle to airport and train runs 24/7 - very convenient. Nearby restaurants are not within walking distance - recommend having rental car for sightseeing in Baltimore.

The hotel is very trendy and is very nice to look at, if I were just there to look. But to stay there over Thanksgiving weekend was not a very good choice. AMAZING hotel! I had a King Size room and it was very nice for the price. This hotel has an upscale feel with out the upscale prices. They even gave me to bottles of free water which I've had to buy in more pricey hotels. My room came equipped with a mini fridge for my convenience and the decore was very modern and swanky. Downstairs they also have […] a little shop where you can buy fruit, sandwiches, salad, chips, bagels, etc as they don't serve a breakfast. They also have a nice little bar and lounge type area downstairs where you can unwind. Had I not had an important interview the next morning I would have taken advantage of this. The only thing I didn't like was that there was nothing near this place. If you didn't have a car you are out of luck when it comes to getting something to eat. I did see a McDonald's on my way there from the airport but it wasn't all that close nor does that really give you many options for dining. The Aloft at BWI is a very "hip" hotel. Complementary WiFi and a very useful charging station for all of your electronic devices. While the down comforters are cozy, the beds themselves are hard as rocks. Hotel was great. Only negative was they share a shuttle bus with another hotel and I waited for an hour before I was told that I would be getting on the shuttle bus with another hotel's name. After that stay was GREAT!

My stay at the Aloft at BWI Airport was pleasant. Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Hotel clerks were very pleasant to speak to. Only negative is, there needs to be more pillows on the bed.

I ended with with a handicap accessible room. That was not requested. The shower was not satisfactory.
