I loved everything about this hotel. Location was perfect. Breakfast was great. Very friendly staff and ready to help you with anything and any doubt you might have about the city. I recommend this hotel and I'd stay again.

When in the room you can hear the movemeny and shower in next room and from the hall way.. Our stay was for 5 days. Very courteous people that spoke English perfectly. The room was small but very clean and neat. Lots of noise on the corridor. If you are looking for a place to stay close to the Pauline Avenue that has breakfast and OK service. This is your place. The majority of the staff is helpful and nice. The Hotel is in a nice area. close to a main street. my main issue was that most of the stuffs cant speak english. it was very hard to communicate. The Expedia rate were great. I had to get another room locally and the price was almost twice as what I got from Expedia

This hotel was really good value for money, comfortable, clean and in a safe and convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful but they may benefit by handing out maps rather than trying to explain directions! the close proximity to a supermarket was also a bonus.

Good value for your money, inmidst Sao Paulo's Jardins district. If you are fine with a small room size, but still want to stay in the city and have breakfast and Wifi included, this is your choice. Chicinterior, working desk, comfy bed, large shower with glass door. (No bath tubs.)

Great value hotel in a nice area of Sao Paulo. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. The room was small, but had everything you needed. My only quibble was that the gym wasn't open when I was there - but that was because it was being refurbished. I'd recommend this place and intend on staying again when I'm next in the city.

Very well located, easy access to the metro (undereground), Ave. Paulista, restaurants, bars, etc. Breakfast (included) was amazing!
