Close to city center. Super market, metro station. Food quality of in-house Restaurent is average. I was expecting much more from a 4 star

Nice hotel, quite expensive but everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the pillows and duvet were very soft. Happy with stay.

The hotel was great. It was gorgeous! A little hard to find and you have to go through a maze to find the parking. The one very disappointing part of the hotel was the restaurant. It was not good. We booked this hotel because we could walk to it from the train station, knew it had 24 hour desk staff that spoke English and it was reasonable. The room was very nice (with A/C) and the staff were very courteous. We went to the Co-op grocery store across the street and got food for supper, but there were plenty of other options in the area. Since […] the Volabus to the airport doesn't provide service in the really early hours, we asked the guy on duty in the morning to call us a cab and it was there withing 3 minutes, at 5:00 a.m.! i'AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL the air con was not working in the bedroom it was stuck at 26oC.when I asked about this I was told it was broke & to open the window which opened out to a main road with a fly over as a result I couldnt get a nights sleep. When people in other rooms used the shower we could hear the waste […] water you would think it was in our room the room we stayed in was 432. The breakfast on the Sunday morning was a joke when we went in for breakfast all the tables had being used and had not been cleared there was no glasses, cups, bowls or bread.After a wait of 5mins the staff came out with cups & glasses after asking for bread to put in the toaster I was told that I would have to wait they had scrambled egg which looks as if it was made the day before as it was dried out after 10mins I give up and had a roll we noticed that others came in for brekfast after us and they had the same problem The saff should have known how many people were staying in the hotel and knowing that they would be in for breakfast. The cups for tea & coffee in the bedroom were made of foam so you could only use them once. We recently stayed 2 nights in the Holiday Inn Genova. We booked this hotel last minute as our plans had changed and we needed 2 nights in italy before we caught our train. We picked it for it's proximity to the metro and train station. We found it to be very clean and modern (my wife loved the decor). It is right across the street in the ferry terminal […] where there was a great food market. Our only gripe was the distance from the metro stop and bus station. With luggage at night it seemed a little far. Also transferring from the train station to the metro was not convenient. This may be due to construction. If I were to stay in Genova again as a tourist I would look for somewhere further from the docks. Ďalšie informácie

This is not like Hoiday Inns of USA. Italian Holiday Inn is Italian. Bathrooms are good. Close to water and Cruise ships. Breakfast is expensive and typical European.

Top notch all the way. 15 min walk to train station or one stop on little metro. Really modern, contemporary place. Wish we'd had time for more than one night.

Das Zimmer war freundlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, aber überhaupt nicht sauber ( z.B. Bettdecke hatte Weinflecken). Das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps über die Stadt, Verkehrsmittel usw. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Hafen.

15 euro for frokost. Dyrt !

Hotel liegt recht gut, mit Bus oder Metro vor der Türe und das Zentrum ein paar Stationen entfernt. Hotel sehr modern. Elektronisches Türschloss schlecht gemacht, hat mehrere Anläufe gebraucht, bis ich wusste, wann und wie die Türe aufzudrücken, Fernbedienung TV war nicht recht funktionstüchtig, musste TV schlussendlich ausstecken um abzustellen. Gracias por pedir nuestra opinión. Nuestros comentarios queremos expresarlos con miras a que las cosas mejoren es decir podriamos llamarlos criticas constructivas. Es lamentable que un hotel que tiene muchas caracteristicas para ser un buen punto de descanso de los viajeros que visitan Italia y quieren de regreso a España tomarse un tiempo para conocer […] esta importante ciudad, tengan que salir despavoridos y con deseos de no escuchar mencionar esta ciudad, solo porque el hotel que escogieron resulto un fracaso rotundo, esto es lo que nos sucedio logicamente que la ciudad no tiene la culpa y luego de la desepcion y el salir sin conocer la ciudad se pensara en el regreso no sin antes buscar mas y elegir mejor el sitio de estadia. Los inconvenientes se empiezan a presentar desde el mismo ingreso, el hotel no cuenta en realidad con parking , cuando ingresamos a la habitacion que nos asignaron la primera impresion fue muy buena en realidad la habitacion esta muy comoda y tiene muy buen gusto la presentacion, pero lamentablemente esta tan abandonada siendo como se ve que es construccion nueva, que el aire acondicionado suena como una locomotora, pedimos que nos solucionaran el problema y no cuenta con personal para estas emergencias por lo que nos hicieron perder casi dos horas de nuestro descanso mientras daban solucion a el aire acondicionado y a la caja fuerte que tampoco funcionaba.luego al siguiente dia para colmo de males habiendo pasado una noche llena de calor ,nos pasamos 5 minutos para el desayuno y el trato fue horrible. nos gustaria contar con mas detalle pero parece que por este medio no se puede porque ahora mismo me estan cortando el espacio y estoy ecribiendo con mucha dificultad. recomendaria un cambio de personal para que el hotel pueda prestar un mejor servicio. Recomendo o hotel,pela boa qualidade de suas instalações e serviços.

O hotel é muito confortável, com quarto e banheiros bastante espaçosos. A localização é boa. Fica próximo ao metrô mas distante do centro histórico.

ho soggiornato dal 6 al 9 agosto.. tramite hotels.com non posso dire molto dei servizi xchè non era inclusa nemmeno la colazione . in pratica non è conveniente. il letto matrimoniale scomodo, pareva cadessimo se ci giravamo, e il singolo si toccavano le reti tanto era "morbido". bagno con servizi per disabili..e non anche adattabile ad altri, doccia […] scivolosa(essendo per disabili che stan seduti, non ci si pensa).camera fredda, con condizionatore che si accendeva in automatico entrando, e che max arrivava a 25°. ascensore senza aria, faceva caldo da morire li e aria condizionata alta nella hall. personale cordiale ( per il poco che ci siamo incontrati). vicini alla fermata autobus e metro, che porta dovunque voglia andare dal centro storico all'acquario, vicino anche al centro coop. Ein modern eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Parkplätze nur in begrenzter Zahl vorhanden und das Parkhaus ist sehr eng und einspurig. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, besonders wenn man mit der Fähre weiter fahren will, da der Hafen direkt gegenüber liegt.

Fiquei num excelente quarto, bastante amplo e com uma cama muito confortável. Pessoal do hotel bem simpático e educado.Boa localizacao, quase em frente ao metro.A noite, entretanto, é necessário usar taxi. A única coisa que não funcionou foi a internet em meu quarto, vez que havia algum problema de cabeamento e, mesmo com a tentativa dos funcionários, […] não consegui estabelecer uma conexão. Best situated if you want to continue your trip on a boat, 1 min. by foot. Easy walking distance to city center, about 10 min. Loved the room, a tiny bit overdecorated, but very cosy

Het hotels was keurig verzorgd, en was volgens mij recent verbouwd. Eén klein probleempje; Ik had ca. 2 mnd. van te voren 2 kamers met 3 slaapplaatsen gereserveerd(wij zijn met 6 personen). Bij het inchecken werd mij verteld dat "het 3e bed niet was gelukt" Echter na aandringen werd er toch nog een extra kamer geregeld. Nog wel een tip; de eigen parkeer […] gelegenheid was zeer krap, de bocht omhoog vergde 3x terug laten zakken. Nyoppussa hotel med høg standard. Ok beliggenhet om du skal på cruise, i gangavstand til terminalen og jernbanestasjonen.

Chambre très confortable, bien décorée, jolie salle de bains. Chambre et parties communes très propes. Métro à deux pas, mais environnement moyen. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.

l'accueil est assez glacial, les joints de la douche étaient sales, l'accès au parking payant est un parcours du combattant et le tarif du petit déjeuner est resté en travers de la gorge (15€) mais le style et la déco des chambres est super malgré une housse de couette et un rideau déchirés

Superbe hôtel. Nous avions la chambre executive au dernier étage avec terrasse, lit king size. Vraiment très bien! Peignoirs un peu petits par contre...

Helt nytt hotell bredvid hamnen vid alla stora färjorna i Genua. Hotellet ligger inte i centrum men det går att promenera eller ta bussen dit. Allt var superfräscht, nytt, modernt och design-snyggt på detta hotell. Rummet hade egen safety box, air-condition, tv-högtalare inne på toaletten :) och det fanns möjlighet att välja bland massa olika typer […] av huvudkuddar. Frukost ingick inte i vårt pris så kan ej uttala oss om den. Internet ingick inte heller men gick att köpa till, dock ej trådlöst på rummet (ta med sladd). Allt var så fräscht och nytt men det verkar som att rökning tyvärr var tillåtet, dock hade ingen hade hunnit röka i de nya lokalerna än när vi var där. Ďalšie informácie
