Nice rooms ,newly renovated.Pool was nice and warm. If you want coffee and soap or hair dryer you just need to ask front desk. overall good value.

Coffee pot provided but no coffee so you would have to bring your own. One tiny, thin bar of soap for two people. Chip on vanity top. Mattresses extremely uncomfortable. Surprised at these things since this hotel just opened.

As best I can tell the room was either new or completely remodeled. There were no issues. My first stay at an "extended stay" establishment - I was not dissapointed by this one.

I am currently staying at the Extended Stay in South Bend and am very pleased. The room is new and clean and laid out so well. I have free internet and the fitness center is minimal. But the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The value is very good because I am staying for weeks at a time. i had a great time at the Suburban Hotel its located right off the turn pike the College Football Hall of Fame is less than 15 minutes away they have some up to date exercise equipment so you can get a god workout in during your stay

Excellent customer service from staff. The rate was perfect for such great amenities. Perfect location. You will not be disappointed with this choice.

Rooms are nice with small kitchettes in them. Pool is small but nice, and is close to Notre Dame for a very reasonable price.

In town for a marathon found the following amenities outstanding: full size refrigerator, flat screen TV, full size Microwave, pool, fitness Center, and most positive- very pleasant staff.
Clean, convenient, close to the Notre Dame campus. Best to bring your own hairdryer and don't forget coffee, because even though the room has a coffeemaker, there are no filters or coffee bags provided. Only soap and shampoo are complimentary, so any additional toiletries (e.g., conditioner, lotion, etc.) will also be needed.

This hotel is close to Notre Dame's campus, making events very convenient. It's a nice newer hotel.... beds (queen) and rooms were all very nice, it's just that the ammenities (no coffee - any where in the hotel, cheap thin towels, etc. ) were lame.

It is a new hotel which is generally clean. On the plus side, it is close to the Notre Dame campus, so it made going to the football game (the point of the visit) very easy. The downside is that the hotel is one of many near the highway exit, and the surroundings are just chain hotel after chain restaurant, so if you want to see a nicer side of South […] Bend, this isn't the best location. This is a nice newer built hotel in an area of other similiar hotels. Althought an "extended-stay" facility, I still a level opf service that I did not receive.
