It's worth to pay more to stay in a delux pool villa room, the room was superb. Only one defect was the air-con out of order in bedroom but the air-con in sitting room cold enough to cool the bedroom too.

For a short break this is not a bad choice as it has a good little stretch of private beach and nice grounds. Basically, it looks exactly like the photographs on the website. The resort itself is well-kept, well-managed and very pleasant. I stayed there during low season so it was quiet. I'm not sure how I would have enjoyed it had it been very crowded. Here […] are a few minor invitations: 1. All DVDs that I rented were fake and did not work 2. The food at Kampu restaurant was overpriced and average in quality. If you want the best food in Hua Hin, try a place called Baan Isara which is just wonderful. 3. Although the massages that I had were very good, they were rather overpriced too So, no real complaints. One final point is that it's very far from town so if you intend to spend time there you may want to consider that. They do operate a shuttle service but it is infrequent. Very good service! The staff are very nice and helpful. The environment is absolutely leisure and beautiful, especially the ponds and the paths. A lot of plants wih fresh air. Very nice hotel with a good location. The beach in Hua Hin isn't the best but the pool area was beautiful. Service was very slow at restaurants and getting drinks. Housekeeping was not the best, did not clean properly.

這次是結婚週年假期，酒店沒有安排什麼給我們，不知是網站或是酒店沒收到我的訂房要求，但整體都不錯，房間舒適、整潔，最不滿意是保養及泳池，早餐不錯，但Beach Bar的飲品非常失望及價錢略貴。服務員好禮貌，但失熱情招待。酒店位置略遠市區，幸好有免費Settle Bus，約早上或下午有Settle Bus會更好！

Vi er et eldre ektepar, hvor en av oss har noe innskrenket gangfunksjon. Noen av rommene har trapper som gjør dem uhensiktsmessige for oss, men hotellet løste det greit. Asaras store fortrinn er et vidunderlig hage- og damanlegg og generelt smakfulle lokaler og anlegg. Vi var litt kritiske til renhold av rommet. Hotellet trenger en oppussing, deluxe poolvillaen vår lå gjemt i et villniss, med høye murer rundt, mørkt og trist. Pool og terrasse var dekket med nedfalte blader, og solsengene var møkkete og flekkete. Bad/garderobe opptok halve villaen, der toalettet var midt i rommet uten dør. Poolområdet var fint, men servicen var heller dårlig. Frokosten var bra, […] men det var dårlig mat på restauranten. Upea ympäristö,hyvin varustellut huoneet,erittäin hyvä palvelu.HuaHinin keskutaan oli vähän matkaa,mutta shuttle kuljetukset hotellin asiakkaille oli järjestetty.Aika vähän asiakkaita tähän ajankohtaan(lokakuu 2012),mutta se oli vain positiivista.Tänne haluaisi uudestaan.

ホアヒンの中心地から若干離れているため本当に静か。建物もよく手入れが行き届いていたしスタッフもフレンドリー。ジムやスパも充実していていうことなしです。

サービス、建物、部屋、設備については行き届いてよかったです。気になる点は部屋のバスルーム内のトイレがバスタブ、洗面台が8畳くらいのスペース全体に設置されているものですから、トイレに扉がなく、誰かが化粧しているときにトイレなどの用がしにくかったです。又、大きなプールサイドの横に設置されているトイレは非常にきれいなのですがあまりにも凝ったつくりで日本人では用が足せないと思います。（簡単に言うと扉を閉めても逆側が壁がない為、並んだトイレ同士で行き来ができてしまうんです。（一見の価値あり）最後にプールヴィラへ宿泊したのですがプールにごみが浮いてたりしてとても手入れされていたようには見えなかったのが唯一残念です。大きなプールがあるから必要ないかも・・・ですがヴィラ内は塀で囲ってあり裸でいても大丈夫なく […] らいなのがよかったです。 Ďalšie informácie

プールヴィラ使用ではなかったものの、間取りも大きさも採光も非常によく、快適な時間を過ごすことができました。フロントで個人タクシーを手配してもらい市内のロイヤルゴルフクラブや人気のお店などにも出かけました。インターネットの接続には多少苦労はしましたが、スパも一部のメニューが半額であったりとお得なサービスもあり、完全休暇を取りたい方には十二分に満足できる施設と思います。

アジアのリゾートといった意味では予想通りで、何も文句はありません。一点挙げれば、こればかりは仕方のない事なんですが、思い切り窓を開けて外の空気を部屋の取り込みたくても「蚊」の数が半端な多いってこと。ステイしたお部屋が1Fの池＆プールの目の前だったため、余計に感じました。折角の美味しい空気なのに、お部屋に滞在している時には味わえなかったのです。 結果、外のカゼボを利用する事が出来なかったのが残念・・・ ま、アジアに行くって事は、虫さんたちと戯れることが前提なのでしょうが、あまりにもの数にビックリでした。勿論、朝のブッフェに並んでいるお料理にも沢山の虫さんたちはいましたが、特に悪さをする訳ではないので、こちらは気になりません。 それに、レストランでは、積極的に扇風機を回してくれるので、蚊に刺され […] ることはありません。滞在初日、レストランでメニューを眺めているときに蚊の攻撃にあったのですが、すぐに虫除けのスプレーを貸して頂き、扇風機も回してくれたので、その後は快適なディナーの時間を過ごす事が出来ました。 そうそう、英語のレベルはあまり高くありませんが、すごく頑張っている姿勢が感じられるので問題ないかと思います。特にフロントの男性は完璧に仕事をこなしていました。 そういえば、もう一点ありました。 お部屋の電話から、直接、電話が出来なかったこと。 勿論電話の使い方表示には ＊ローカルコールのかけ方 ＊国際電話のかけ方 と、あるのですが、何故か繋がらない・・・ フロントの仕事の出来る男性に聞けば、フロントを通してくださいとのこと。 で、タクシーの予約をしようとフロントに内線、電話したいから今から言う電話番号につないで！とお願いするも、フロントの女性は全く理解してもらえず、仕舞には電話を切られるということがありました。残念。 それでも、また是非ホアヒンに滞在する時には利用したいですね。 コスパはかなり良いと思います。 Ďalšie informácie

剛到的感覺很不錯~但是入進房後發現我們的私人泳池裏面竟有一隻烏龜在裡面游泳了!!打了電話給服務台~很久才過來處理~並且也沒其他道歉~跟補償~就換了房而已~感覺沒5星飯店該有的處理風範~也將我們訂的大床改成2張小床~還告訴我們若要換成一張大床要跟我們朋友的房間離很遠~~就是意思勉強我們接受他們的安排!!讓我們4天3夜不是很開心~下次應該是會住一些大型連鎖的5星飯店會比較好~

房間很大，廳與房夠大之外，浴室比廳房還大，獨立蓮篷頭的沖洗間跟浴缸設在浴室內的不同的位置，浴池隔著玻璃及木製百葉簾便是後花園，也有蓮篷頭。加上推開房間即可跳下的泳池，玩水玩個夠。私人泳池以灌木屏蔽，但仍有空隙，所以千萬不要裸泳。在酒店範圍內跑到酒店的沙灘要十分鐘，由於樹木多，有蚊子，但不多。環境好得沒有話說，但位置稍偏遠，周邊的玩樂地方不詳，酒店內的SPA及沙灘卻也夠消遣一兩天了。

ホテルに到着が８時過ぎと遅くなってしまったが、チェックインして部屋まではカートで移動。プール、レストランなどの場所を一通りカートで案内してくれました。 部屋のベッドの寝心地が思ったより良い。 プールが２つ、庭が結構広くて良く手入れされています。
