Another good stay at this hotel. Apart from getting a twin room and not a double that i booked it was problem free. Parking is at the Rose St multi story, if you are staying on a saturday night dont pay for parking as the barriers are normaly left open on sunday.

This is a nice hotel for the location and price. It's very near the bus station which was important for us. It was within walking distance of the River Ness, restaurants other shops.

Good service. Only problem was layout of room, which meant that it wasn't possible to watch the TV when sitting in the comfortable chair in the room.

This hotel does for me what it says on the tin. It was very clean, staff were nice and for me in the perfect location. If it had a gym etc it would be 5 *. Got round that by going outside for my run. Would stay here again.

Although the hotel doesn't look much from outside, it has a smart and modern interior. Rooms were comfortable with modern bathrooms. Only criticism is there is no wardrobe space, only 5 or 6 coat hangers on a bracket just inside the bedroom door. It would not be suitable for a stay longer than a couple of nights. Booked this hotel for one night before returning home to london. The room was comfortable and warm. No bath but a wet room which was a surprise. Centrally located. The only downside to the room is that although there is somewhere to hang trousers,coats and shirts there was nowhere to put anything else which means that if you are staying for more than […] one night most stuff would have to stay in the case. While I enjoyed my stay, I don't think it was clear enough at the point of booking that breakfast wasn't included. Having stayed in several hotels this summer, I found that the booking was on a B&B basis. In the event, I had breakfast on my first morning and it was excellent. It seemed a shame that it wasn't included in the original price.

This hotel is well up to its 3 star rating. A standard double room is spacious, with good en suite facility (walk-in shower). My 2 reservations are - no clothes storage and a shame the bed wasn't king size (there's room for it). The ground floor area is open plan - reception / bar / breakfast & dining area. There is access to a outside patio area with […] seating and the overall concept is very pleasant. Although their main market is business/corporate/tours this is an OK place to stay for a few days or longer. Breakfast is a very comprehensive buffet affair and evenings meals are also good (you can choose the BBQ on a Thursday evening). Internet access is free Wi-Fi in the public area but rather expensive wired access in the rooms (£9.95 per 24 hours), although that also gives you access to quite a wide range of films. There is a plus factor here and that is the staff, who were without exception friendly, cheery and attentive (5 stars for that). This is a well maintained and well run hotel which has a very pleasant ambience. The location is very central and you can park in a nearby multi-storey for £4 a day! Ďalšie informácie

downtown - how much more could you want. This place is centrally located and the staff is great! I also like the fact that they have a bar onsite and restaurant.

The room was fine for a short business stay. The only issue was that there was no dresser to store clothes - just a hook to hang shirts. Otherwise it was in a great spot to walk to restaraunts and for general site seeing.

Brilliant Hotel with hardly any noise from outside. Staff were really attentive and never overbearing and allways there if needed. The Breakfast was excellent and well presented, kitchen staff were out and about most of the time checking on food presentation and making sure food was hot. This hotel is in the Centre of the City and is great for sightseeing, lunches and evening night outs, with some really nice and old pubs dotted around around the City. The train station is 100 yards away from the front door and overnight carparking is just around the corner, cost me £6.00 for nearly 2 days stay in the car park which was really cheap. The staff is very friendly and great. Very helpful. The only ''bad'' comment I can make is that there wasn't any closet to put my clothes! I had to keep them in my suitcase. I would definitely recommand the hotel to anyone. It's clean, location is great... right downtown close to all the pubs, stores and clubs.

Hotel is located very close to both the bus station and trains tation (less than 5 minute walk). Room was very clean, somewhat on the spartan side but good enough for a one night stay. Breakfast was a little expensive for the value.

Boutique type hotel 200 meters from train station on main street. Smallish room but very adequate and very clean. Facilities very modern, walk in shower, stainless sink, sunken lights etc.. Clean, comfortable hotel in the centre of Inverness. It is a short walk from the railway station and shops and restaurants are nearby. Members of staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Good value for money. This was my second stay.

There are nicer hotels to stay available at the same price. The Best Western for example. The hotel is let down by the cheapness of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms - it looked like it has been kitted out from the office section of MFI with really cheap bedside lamps and desks and a office style chair on castors. Hotel is in a very good location, very central. No parking at hotel, but we parked at the station car park for about 4 pounds for 24 hours. The car park is just across the street. Room was very clean and modern the bed is not the comfiest, but very happy for the price we paid. Will probably go back if in inverness again.

Central, and very convenient. Hotel was clean and new, but lack of car parking was a small issue. Bedroomwasclean and modern, but a touch on the sparse side. Deal on Sunday made it superb value, but this was balanced by the slightly expensive rate for the Saturday.

The hotel is close to both bus and railway station, shopping centre, theatre and castle making it a great base to explore Inverness. The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was any trouble for them, the room was clean and adequate for our stay. Will definitely stay here again
