We had a fantastic stay here for three nights recently and would highly recommend it to any couple as quite a romantic hotel in a quiet area with beautiful views. The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant and our stay was made even more special by having a room upgrade to a suite.

"Poor service if you're not on a package deal"

We stayed for 3 nights expecting 5 star service. The lunchtime service was great but the evening was shoddy. We were rushed through dinner and were told it was our fault for not reading noticeboards around the hotel when we complained - no times were given in the information in the room. We did not feel that you should have to read every noticeboard […] in a 5* hotel to know that the restaurant would shut 20 minutes after you sat down. Eventually this was sorted out after we ordered room service the next night and instead of getting pasta with mozarella and fresh tomato sauce, I got pasta with tomato, aubergine and brussel sprouts and my husband got his burger advertised with bacon and egg with neither. Again, in a 5* hotel I expect complaints to be dealt with quickly and not hang over two-thirds of a stay - this was a treat for our first wedding anniversary. We will head back to a much friendlier 3* place down the road next time. The food was expensive compared to what was available in local restaurants. It would be cheaper to hire a cab and eat in kontakali and the food and service would probably be better. The pool and rooms were lovely and you probably wouldn't experience the above problems if you were on a package deal, but don't consider it otherwise. Ďalšie informácie

Περάσαμε ονειρεμένες διακοπές. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν να επισκεφτούν την Κέρκυρα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και η θέα του δωματίου μας εκπληκτική.
