At first, wireless internet didn't work but after we told to personal, its started work in 5 minutes. Rooms was clean and tidy. Subway station is next to hotel and to Manhattan its take about 15-20 minutes. Sometimes there is noise in rooms because of that subway and disco bar. Breakfast is just donuts, bagels and coffee/tea but not far from motel is great chinese restaurant, pizza, supermarket etc. A++++

Izby su velmi male co by ani nevadilo z hladiska komfortu kedze tam prakticky len spite ale nie je kde vylozit veci z kufra. Par vesiakov na zavesenie triciek a kosiel. 2) kupelna je oddelena prakticky len zavesom. Priecka s dverami by bola vhodnejsia. Inac hotel vrelo odporucame. Bolo nam fajn. Krasna terasa s barom, vyborny personal, moderny hotel a zariadenie, dobra poloha na Manhattane.

I got this hotel mixed up with another hotel and booked it again. And again I had trouble with everything from the TV to the AC. It was so hot. They failed to disclose that there was construction going on next door. I woke up to construction noise every morning at 7am. Finally on the weekend there was no construction and i received a wake up call @ 5am. When I complain they say that there was another guest with the same guest and they had called the wrong one. Everything was perfect. We liked the area, walking distance to so many areas, the village, gramercy park, lots of good restaurants in the area... we ate at a great Thai restaurant just down 7th ave. But, the crazy fusion restaurant in the hotel is excellent! We had lunch there and were pleasantly surprised that the prices were not astronomical and the […] food was good. Good location, Has a subway line just steps from the hotel door. It's right in the flower district, so it's nice to walk among flowers when getting back to the hotel. Close to madison square garden. "Slept like a rock!"
The hotel was right smack in the middle of the flower district which was great! In the morning you get to see all the flowers out on the streets and it's bustling with business. The location of the hotel was great for getting around to surrounding neighborhood, Madison Square park and the Flatiron district were a short walk away. The rooms were nice, […] modern, not huge, but we didn't need it to be. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best. The room was very quiet we didn't really hear any street noise, as we were in a room that didn't face the street. We didn't get to experience the rooftop bar because it was closed. There was no information book in my room. You had to go to the basement to get Ice. My TV did not work. Very nice hotel in the flower district of chelsea/midtown. I had no complaints after a 5 day stay. Only a half block to the subway. Booked this hotel last minute to celebrate a new job! Unfortunately the room we were given was very underwhelming, the shower leaked all over the bathroom and the furniture felt a little cheap and wasn't wearing well. The bed however was very comfortable and the location was quite good. The rate I paid included breackfast which is basically a poor continental […] offering from the strange asian/mexican fusion retaurant in the hotel. This completely ruined our stay. The service was appaling, they didn't even have any orange juice or muffins for the eggs benedict on a Sunday Morning. As soon as you opt to pay for extra things on the menu the costs rapidly escalate. We complained to both the waitress and front desk staff but neither seemed to care. Wouldn't go back. "Overrated"
Calling this a four-star hotel is absurd. It was nothing but disappointing from the moment I arrived, when I waited so long for a valet to appear that I finally had to call the hotel to ask someone to come outside. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. The restaurant looks like it has seen better days: cracked paint everywhere, filthy carpets, disinterested staff. Don't bother. Overall I am very disappointed that I paid a four-star hotel rate for this wannabe boutique hotel. I travel to NYC often and would rank this among my least favorite stays ever. I will not go back. This was a fun hotel to stay in. The rooms are a decent size for New York, and the staff was very knowledgable and helpful. The hotel's location could not have been better. The empire state building is behind you, and there is a subway station really close to take you anywhere in the city. It was a nice walk or a quick metro-ride to wherever you want […] to go. I usually like staying off Times Square so I can walk out and know I'm in NYC but this time I chose Chelsea so it would force me to explore that area more. Yet conveniently next to subway stop in case you want to head to the more touristy areas. Great room in a smaller hotel that feels more intimate.
