I really enjoyed my stay in Seneca Casino. Staff and cleaning crew was nice and friendly.. The only problem at first was the first room we got smells like smoke (cigarettes). We requested for a different room and they gladly did. But regardless to that, I like this place and will most definitely will come back again.

The hotel was very nice however I don't remember seeing that this was a smoking hotel. The room was very comfortable and the view was very nice. I wouldn't recommend bringing children here though as there is a lot of smoking everywhere.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The room was huge and had a great view. The hotel was well kept, great water pressure. We enjoyed the casino and the restaurants at this hotel. We will definitely come back.

I REALLY LIKED THE HOTEL. MY ISSUE IS THE THICK SMELL OF CIGARETTE AND CIGAR SMOKE.....I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THIS HOTEL WITH MY CHILDREN IF I KNEW THAT, AND. NOT ENOUGH ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDRENN OR TEENS..LIKE POOL TABLE, HOCKEY TABLE,I LASER TAG..ETC.

Mixup on our reservations. Had to rent another room because they said Ihad only rented one room. I straighten it out when I got home and they credited me with the charge.

the hotel is big and beautiful with all the amenities right under the roof. Great dining options and of course the casino are the main things but the pool was clean and nice and my wife loved her massage in the spa. we ordered room service both nights we stayed and it was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. that being said the casino is […] almost completely slots with a small spattering of table games so that depends on your preference and most of all the hotel is not located on a nice area. I the surrounding streets are cluttered and uninviting its frustrating to navigate and just 2 streets over from the gorgeous hotel are rundown houses and pothole covered streets. it is close to the falls which is good and the aquarium is a good time if you have kids but other than that iI would recommend not leaving the hotel. The food options are subpar, but the room was really nice. Free valet parking for hotel guests was a nice perk.

The hotel food was extremely expensive. Spa services needed to be booked 3 days in advance(not convenient for an overnight stay.) The gambling tables were also expensive starting well above the average table costs at other venues. The slots were also misleading with some of their machine signage. This is not a hotel I'll be returning to

We arrived late in the evening, seems the front desk clerk was not very helpful. She gave us an expired bus pass and she could not answer our questions.

The hotel is quite modern and the room was great, it was very nicely appointed and the room size was perfect. Unfortunately because of the smokers on the main floor, we did not enjoy ourselves as I had trouble breathing. I don't normally write reviews, but we had such a great experience here I had to! The staff everywhere we went (front desk, stores, casino, restaurants) were so friendly and so helpful. The room was great, especially for the price. Haven't had an experience like this in a while!

Very nice hotel and within walking distance to the american falls. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I would definetly suggest this hotel if you are staying on the American side.

Services provided were much appreciated. Registration staff and bell hops were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Free parking was a great plus. Proximity to the casino gave us opportunity to unwind as we prepared for our flight out of Niagara Airport. A shuttle sevice to the airport would have been a great service […] to offer. I've stayed at this hotel when I booked directly through them the room was stunning the service great the view was perfect and the front desk was helpful and kind,,,,, this time booking through hotels.com was like the complete polar opposite they ( the hotel staff ) were rude and very in unaccomodating, our requests were completely disregarded ( king […] bed) and they quite frankly didn't care as they mentioned to us you need to speak with who you booked and paid with... the hotel was beautiful and rooms were clean, cleaning service staff were pleasant. Night shift staff were rude and not helpful. Not too much to do around the area besides the falls of course. Town is very run down.

We stay at the Seneca Hotel everytime we go back to visit relatives in Niagara Falls. It would be great if the Hotel could do something to provide funding to support the city and help to clean up the area surrounding the Hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. I went to Niagara falls to present research at a Psychology Convention that was being held at a different hotel. I stayed at this hotel b/c it had a better price and looked nicer. I was impressed with it the entire time!

We received free valet parking. The room was A++. Totally quiet and extremely comfortable. We were staying just for the night not for the casino. Upon visiting the casino to check it out we noticed a heavy smoking smell which became irritating.(Only downstairs in the casino, the room was smoke free.) Är jättenöjd med detta hotell. Det enda som irriterade mig lite var att för att slippa ta en jätteomväg till några av hotellets restauranger måste man gå genom casinot och för att komma igenom där måste man visa leg varje gång.
