Ramada Inn West Memphis - West Memphis

The first thing was that even though there were hardly any cars in the parking lot, and we were 15 minutes past check in time, neither one of our rooms were ready. The room, once set up, was nice enough. There is not much of anything close, but Memphis is only 15 minutes away, so it's a good, cheaper option than staying downtown.

I was traveling by myself and this hotel was a very comfortable place to stop and rest. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to find multiple soft down pillows. It was a little hard to find but that is not the hotel's fault. Just use the GPS if you have it and pay attention to directions carefully. Dated but clean. Beds and linens comfortable. Staff friendly.

In spite of being right off the interstate the room was quiet and insulated. The hallways seemed a little dusty but the room was very clean and modern. The bathroom could have stood to be updated but was clean. The hot breakfast was above average. Besides the usual offered fair was biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Comfortable beds, great climate control, showers worked and had hot water, great staff, good breakfast, would stay there again!

We pulled off the exit and was right at the hotel. Not many restaurants were close but a big casino was. The fitness room was nice. The breakfast was OK.

Hotel was clean and great for an overnight stay. Nice breakfast in the morning too. I would stay there again.

Travelling to a funeral with my brother and his fiance and my 6 kids, we got adjoining rooms for the kids and me plus one for my brother, and no grief at checkin. Full hot breakfast with fruit and eggs, everyone was very friendly, will definitely stay here again.

From the time we checked in until we left, I could not have been more pleased. The room was clean, hotel area safe & very quiet. Ms. Mary made sure we were taken care of @ breakfast & it was always good. I will definitely stay here again.

Older hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. Would have preferred a new or remodeled hotel. It was adequate.

There are some very minor areas need improved maintainance, such as: the night light in bathroom doesn't work maybe caused by the lite bulb burn out already. The bottom edge area of the entrance door needs be repaired. Overall to say, we love this hotel. We definitely will come back again for our next business trip.

Was very satisfied with hotel and service. Clean and quiet.

The hallway between the rooms and the outside noises mabe this very busy trucktown quiet . I had a great nights sleep.The hotel was comfotable and clean.

We were coming from the north and it was very confusing when trying to find the motel since we had to go by it about 3 miles then back 3 miles because it is on a one-way going east. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The customer service was outstanding. The hotel was spotless and its in a great location. They went out of the way to find us a roll away bed and the security man who helped us install it would not take a tip! We were looking for something relatively close to the NCR Museum in Memphis, TN. When we booked online I didn't pay attention to the fact that the hotel was in West Memphis, AR. It was just across the river and only 6 miles from the museum. The rooms were smaller than I had hoped for but still provide room for the two full sized beds and room to drop […] your bags. The breakfast biscuits, sausage, sausage gravy, cereal, pastys, bagels, and fruit (apples and oranges). The was milk and juice to drink. No eggs but it was a good meal. Very nice overall. Highly recommend. Will stay there again. This is our second stay since a year ago.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We rented two rooms for our family, and both were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful. Area seemed safe. We stayed four days while visiting our son in who lives in Memphis.

A few friends and I were gonna be spending NYE in Memphis, but all the hotels downtown were booked! So I chose this Ramada Inn location in West Memphis for us. It was great! No, it's not a five star hotel by any means, but you definitely get your money's worth, if not more. It was clean, no weird smells, large refrigerator in room, the beds were comfy, […] no sketchy people around, and the lady who greeted us at the front desk was really nice. No regrets. This is my third stay at the Ramada West Memphis, and it gets better every time I go. The woman who checked us in was super friendly, and she remembered us every time we came through the lobby. The rooms were clean, and they've been updated with new linens, decor, and toiletries since my last visit. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly, and […] amenities like free wi-fi, large in-room fridges, and a really good breakfast (biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, etc) really made the stay comfortable. We stayed here while visiting relatives nearby for the holiday weekend. Hotel was crowded due to Liberty Bowl being played in Memphis on the same weekend. Stayed here during the drive home for the holidays. I asked for a first floor room near an entrance so we could easily unload the car and was given just that. The hotel staff were very nice, especially the lady who served breakfast. I would stop over again.

Two things you expect & deserve in a hotel. A good clean bed to sleep in & a good clean working shower/bath. They totally missed on the shower. Some energy saver or missed informed manager has installed a really bad designed shower head that didn't despense a spray of water. All it would do was dribble (yea no joke) out a small amount of water. I pushed/pulled, […] rotated back and forth and tryed to follow the instructions on the shower wall. Nothing aresulted in a spray of water coming out. I reported it to the front desk person & all they had to say was "I'm sorry". I'm totally disappointed in this hotel stay!! It's not the hotel's fault, but the signage on the streets leading to the hotel are difficult to read. It was on the eastbound side of the freeway and we were heading westbound - the neighborhood we had to drive through to get back around to the hotel was a bit scary at night.

We were very happy with this hotel. No issues with the hotel per se. Cigarette small in the stairwell and hallway (probably due to some insensitive guests) but inside the room it was fine.

During our cross country drive, by far, this was the best hotel experience we had. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was great and it was, clean, warm and very comfortable.

If your looking for a budget hotel that is 1 to 2 stars above your normal budget hotel ratings this is room hotel in Memphis. A Consumer Reports best buy in my opinion

Easy access to freeway. convenient to Memphis downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent stopover

This is the best economical hotel I have stayed at in years. The king sized bed was wonderful, great pillows and a real fluffy comforter (not a bed spread!) I never sleep well in hotels and I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly, even after my husband overflowed the toilet. If you're near West Memphis this one is worth the money!

SINK AREA WAS NOT CLEAN, KLEENEX DISPENSER EMPTY, NO BACK UP TOILET PAPER WITH NOT EVEN 1/2 A ROLL IN BATHROOM. bREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT ALL IN ALL NOT WORTH THE PRICE
