We picked this hotel because it advertised free wifi, but you need some special cable to get that wifi and no one at the office had access to that cable. Also a was a little annoyed that promptly at 11,someone was banging on our room door to make sure we were leaving, a bit rude I thought.

Where do I start.... The Bathroom toilet would not shut off... needs to have a seal replaced so the water will fill in the bowl. No Hairdryer in the rooms and when asking the front desk, they were all "checked out". Really? What do you do now when your hair is wet and have business to attend? Free internet? Not to all customers....No wifi is available, […] when you ask about the free internet, the front desk attendant tells you that you can with an ethernet cable... BUT all the Ethernet cables are "checked out". Walls are paper thin and due to having kitchen ammenities, there are long term guests and they are really noisy. My white towel had stains all over and was bleached so many times that it was not soft anymore. If you want somewhere to stay for a month, great other wise I would not recommend for an overnight stay as this hotel seems to tailor towards the "long term" guests. I would steer clear of this hotel. There was several pair of underwear in the bed. We asked for another room but only had double beds available. We asked for a replacement light bulb which was burned out and the front office said they had none. There is no ice machine available nor ice in the room refrigerators.

For the price, this hotel was great. It was quiet, clean, and in a convenient location. Not a perfect hotel, but pretty darn good for the price in the Denver suburbs. I'd definitely stay there again.

The elevator did not work. My husband had to go up and down the stairs with his broken foot. The room was not clean. We asked for shpoo the second day and was told they couldn't afford to replenish it each day off our stay. All in all not even close to hotels.com standards.

This is a nicer motel than many we've had with higher prices. for some reason the housekeeping staff uses a room deodorizer (which all facilities do) that had an unpleasant "sweetness' to it. Nice location but walls are so thin my son could hear me talking in the next room. Could hear the kids/people stomping or running in the room above me loudly during the night and early morning hours. The room was VERY clean, close to a few restaurants, and not far from I-25. We found out that it was about 10 minutes away from the interstate after we checked out. The worst thing about our stay was tha the walls are paper thin. The guests in the room next to us snored very loud and kept up up for most of the evening. Other than that it was great.

This place was great value for money but since it calls itself "Suites" one would expect just that. In fact the room was really just a hotel room with a couple of cups and plates. I was surprised there was no coffee maker in the room and for drinking there were 2 mugs and 2 beer mugs. I use Expedia all the time and this is the first bad property that I have stayed at. I realized after booking that there were conflicting ratings for this hotel and that should have been a clue. Upon check in, I had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to show up to the counter to help me. They then told me they did not have a reservation for me […] and that mine was canceled...my reservation did get double booked and one canceled but I had a valid reservation for 1 room with them and had the confirmation number, which he was not interested in. The man at the desk was very rude and then told me that they did not have king beds left, and that I would have to have a queen... I paid extra for the king..then we went to our room... small, not very clean, bed is what I call a double not a queen and we could hear the people next door arguing. This was at around 9pm. Later that night, around midnight, they started again and I could have written a book because I could hear every word they were saying. The next morning, we were awakened at around 8am by the same people shouting and swearing..decided to go home so we could get some sleep and promptly found nobody at the front desk again. I waited over 15 mins and then decided I just wanted to get out of there. An overall a very bad experience and not a good place to go to again especially since when the smoke cleared, taxes and extra hotel charge, it ended up costing the same as much better places in that area.
