Each bed had two types of pillows hard and soft. Room cleanliness was exceptional, staff terrific. BUT don't have breakfast there. Pancakes made by a machine are terrible. Omelletes are in a warming tray.

Its better than most hotels in Jasper and far cheaper than the closest comparable one in Jasper. if you don't mind staying here and driving to Jasper, its a good choice. Unfortunately, the place is a sort of understaffed. For example, the hot tub (jacuzzi) and the sauna were not functional and there was no one to fix it over the 2 days I was there. […] Also the swimming pool is a little too small. But then there are almost no other hotels that have these amenities. They also have a decent breakfast included which I prefer over stepping out to look for something to eat in the morning. We choose this hotel because we couldn't find something reasonable in Jasper for the Family Day long weekend. The hotel was new, clean and did offer a good breakfast buffet. We were however disappointed with a number of other things during our stay. The first night we arrived, we had to move to a different room because the television movie system did […] not work on our tv. We then went down to the pool area to relax and the steam room was not working due to maintenance and the hot tub had a max capacity of four adults. We were trying to relax in the hot tub, however another party (4 adults) entered the pool area and they were waiting around for us to leave so that they could use it. That night, there we had a disruptive sleep due to people yelling all night in the hallways. The rooms were not quiet at all. Convenient hotel with generally high standards. Good selection for free breakfast. Only complaint was that the room was close to the pool and had a chlorine odour. Would stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly. Pool was in good shape, slide was fun. Hot tub is way too small. Breakfast was good had lots of variety and nice big room to eat in. Hotel room was nice and big. Clean and lots of pillows. (lol).

Housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom on the last day of our visit, however once we contacted the front desk about it, the problem was promptly resolved.

The hotel is good but far from Jasper. It is one more hour drive from Jasper.

We could hear noise from the hallway when people were coming and going (gaps in the door?) but overall the stay was good. The rooms were clean and breakfast was average but well stocked.

1-hour drive from Jasper---So I had to plan thoroughly for my whole traveling itinerary to avoid any delays since 1-day addmission to Jasper/Banff is good for a limited time period.

Our stay was very comfortable. Check-In was smooth. Hotel seems to be well kept up. Fridge, Microwave and the cabinets seemed pretty new. Water Slide, Pool and Jacuzzi are great accessories to this hotel. Would like to stay there again.

we were booked to 1 king bed room but when we went there we were put onto 2 double beds and not letting us know when we check in. The rrom we were is facing a construction building no view at all. The blanket were not washed with few long hair on top of it. The breakfast though is awesome.

Room was quite missing sitting chair. The a/c was not setup to run from thermostat so room was to hot 10ft from unit. The price for the room was high compared to other hotels which were the same set up.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was informative. It was a bit out of the way for our trip. 59 miles from Jasper going north toward Edmonton. But it was very comfortable.

We were on our way to BC from Edmonton and stayed the night here. Very clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool but the water slide looked like fun. Great place to eat right next door. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake machine.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights while we were exploring Jasper. The hotel was located approximately an hour away from most of the sites that we visited. It was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a fridge and a microwave, which were very convenient to have. The breakfast was very standard: cereal, pancakes, eggs (hard boiled and omeletes […] (which I found too buttery)), sausages, yogurt, muffins, toast, cookies, bagels, cinnamon buns, and fruit. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The kids loved the pancakes. If I have any grievance at all it's that the fitness room didn't open until 8:00am so I missed a workout because we had to get on the road.

if you are not care to drive a long distance from Jasper, at the time to visis Jasper areas, you can go to Miette hot sping at the first and then drive to Hinto and stay overnight at this hotel, easily you can find it beside the highway NO#16 but it is a little bit far and nearly outside the hinton. For saving money and have good sleep, go there and […] enjoy a good breakfast since6:30am, sometimes you can see wild animals ( bear and goats and elk-deer ) from Hinto to Jasper. Hinton seems a good alternative instead of (pricy) Jasper, especially if Miette Hot Springs is part of your route.
