Holiday Inn Yuma - Yuma

I will stay there for all of my future travels to Yuma from now on.

I've never been more impressed with a hotel in my life! How its rated 3 stars only is beyond me....5 star facility to the max. First off great location, close to the shopping center, gas stations, restaurants, movie theatre & easy access to I-8. When we got there I was impressed by the well kept grounds and was greeted w/great service @ the front desk. […] After calling early on my check in day I got in my room a bit early. Upon check in i got my 2 free small beers coupon (priority club) & breakfast coupon. Room: Very very clean, nice fridge, microwave, decent view, & super comfy bed. Restaurant: Had a snack at night & breakfast in the Am....IMPRESSED! They have a huge selection of nearly anything you could want, breakfast burrito was amazing! Other: The pool/spa is super nice & well maintained....mid day go get some hot FREE choc chip cookies & a shuttle 24/7 w/in a 3 mile radius to the hotel, which they are EXTREMELY prompt about pick ups. Overall never saw this much service from Holiday Inn, especially Yuma....but I take it back! Great staff, hotel, service, I'll def be back!!! Ďalšie informácie

At check-in, drink glasses were filthy, sticky, and stuck to the tray. Then next day, "Do Not Disturb" sign was removed, we departed the room by 10:05am, but when returning just before 5:30pm we found the room had not been cleaned. We read all other reviews before staying there this weekend. The hotel was about as nice as you can get for the price, and a VERY nice place for Yuma. It's within walking distance of the mall and all the resturants. Only complaint I would have is you do hear the interstate noise depending on what side of the hotel you stay on, but it wasn't bad at all... […] I would stay there again 100% Ďalšie informácie

The guy at the desk during check in was a smart mouth. I asked to stay an extra night and he said I had already booked that night. I showed him my reservation print out and he said it was wrong and that I had the extra night. The room was never cleaned and I repeatedly told the front desk and the guy kept asking if the do not disturb sign was on the […] door. It was not. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The door key had to be reprogrammed every single time I entered the room. Since the room was not cleaned I had to go to Walmart to buy water and toiletries. I reiterated to the desk guy on the second night that I was staying another night and he said I was booked for the night. My brother then went to the desk to have the key reprogrammed and the guy then told him that I was not booked for a third night and that I needed to come to the desk right then and pay if I wanted another night. Hello, I told three different people I wanted a third night and they had my credit card to charge. Bad customer service. I would also have liked in room movies. Ďalšie informácie

We got in very late and left very early, the beds were really comfortable, upscale...... wish we could have spend a few extra hours in them. Looked like a pretty nice cafe, but we were on our way by 6AM....
