Pleasant staying. New and very clean. All the staff is very kind and attentive. Only negative point is that the hotel is not located close to a subway station.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.The cafe with Wi.Fi. and the pub restaurant also made the stay very agreeable,as did the pool on the roof.

The chef cooks steak specific to my taste, the staff know my name, the bar has my wine ready when I sit down. I'm better at Four Points than at home. Bad news is they don't have cable American football. I go there for four years and counting.

This hotel is comfortable, clean and offers good customer service. It has a couple of restaurants and a good bar with a quirky 'tunnel' seating area, pool table, free fresh popcorn, bar snacks but although we enjoyed these features, we found the food service slow and spent more time in the Old Vic bar at the nearby Ramada. Similarly, we didn't eat at […] the restaurants as they looked a bit run of the mill but again had a brilliant Japanese meal at the nearby Ramada.The location is probably not the best in Dubai but then it's not bad at all either. There's a handy metro stop nearby (walking distance) and lots of restaurants to choose from in walking distance (including the Lebanese village and a brilliant Japanese restaurant in the Ramada Hotel). There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby (good for avoiding minibar and poolside bar prices for breakfast, drinks through the day and snacks) including an excellent Spinneys. It's about 15 mins from the airport by taxi which cost us a mere 35 dirhams (less than £10) and a similar distance from Dubai mall which is also accessible by metro. There is a free shuttle to the dubai mall and the beach.The rooftop pool was a reasonable size but you need to get there early or wait until mid afternoon if you want a sunbed. Ďalšie informácie

Hotel is clean and staff good. Breakfast is marginal but was included in our room rate, I wouldn't have paid for it. The hotel is not located near any major shopping centers but taxi's were easily available (and realatively cheap). My overall stay at the hotel was very good but i was not impressed with the shower as the pressure of the water kept slowing down and temp was sometimes hot and then would suddenly drop to warm, this could be improved. Clean Rooms, Staff Excellent, Nice bar (not too pricey) and standard of food is good (good selection of buffet themes). Gym was well stocked with equipment and well maintained. Slightly away from the "action" areas but taxis are cheap and always sat outside hotel.

I try always to stay at the Four Point when I go to Dubai. They know my name and what I like. They make an effort to make me comfortable. This is not usual in Dubai. I may not get back in 6 months yet people remember my name. Nice, very nice.

This is an excellent, clean hotel with extra large, very comfortable, well furnished and well maintained rooms. Breakfast is really good with lots of variety. Staff is really interested and helpful.Excellent value for money. I would recommend this hotel as I was really pleasantly surprised by the price, quality and service.

Good hotel. Only issue is lack of free internet in rooms. There is however, free wifi in the lounge area. Great hotel with a lovely pool area, and a well equipped gym. The food available in the hotel itself is slightly limited, (italian and pub food available on a small menu) and as with everywhere the alcohol is expensive, however the Al Fahidi metro station is only 5-10min walk away and for 6.50 AED you can get to everywhere in Dubai from here. We stayed at the Four Points for 4 days after completing a cruise from Barcelona. We arrived very early in the morning but the front desk staff had a room available for us by 11:00 AM. Everyone from the concierge staff to the maid service made our stay a wonderful experience. There is absolutely no problem getting around to all the sites in the city […] from the Four Points. I had ten members in my team and five rooms reserved for us. Everyone enjoyed their stay. If you are a vegetarian, don't miss the Kamat restaurant which is in walking distance from the hotel. I had three of my meals there.

Excellent hotel and a very friendly staff. Very conveniently located near restaurants, fast food, supermaket, etc. Also the parking is free but valet only. Unrelated to hotel: If you're renting a car, please beware that Dubai airport DOES NOT have a 'Car Rental Return' sign. So please remember that where you got the car from or you'll be lost!

When I booked this hotel I was guaranteed handicapped room for my parents, when I reached Dubai from USA (16 +hrs.) they did not have it and I had to argue and explain that my dad wears prosthetic leg and he could not be in any other room, we stood in the lobby for a long time, arguing back and forth. I was initially impressed by the hotel but this quickly changed once I realised I had no hot water in my room. I reported this to reception and four hours later the repairman stated he needed to change the heating system and it would take an hour - this was at ten o'clock at night!! It was only after I complained that I was offered another room - this […] is when reception told me the hotel was fully booked and I could only have a single bed or a smoking room. Neither of which was acceptable to me - only after creating a fuss did I finally get a room comparable to the one I had booked. The new room was fine until I got into bed and realised that the duvet cover only covered half the duvet with the rest of it ripped and hanging off the end of the bed - there is no way housekeeping could not have noticed this when making the bed!!
