"Five star hotel? One star towels !"
Great location, room was a bit shabby, towels were like paper and not refreshed during the uneven turn down service. Hotel wake up call did not work - pack an alarm clock or use your phone. "Excellent destination hotel and great location"
The hotel is lovely and has a excellent view of church on the square. They have a lovely restaurant called Maurice with fine dining, but can be a bit condescending if traveling alone and not there for a multi-hour dining experience. The Suitess was a beautiful hotel at a very reasonable rate. It is very well located for the tourists attractions and very close to the public transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the bellhop misplaced one of my bags, but it was only a shopping bag with a few items in it so it was no big loss.

Suitess Hotel is a delightful gem in the heart of Dresden. I was bragging to my co-workers about my butler. Service was good, however my collegues had to wait a few minutes to check in. Keep checking for good rates. They vary considerably.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Suitess hotel in Dresden. The location is perfect, with a view of the Frauenkirche and right in the middle of the building boom around it. The hotel is very luxurious and we got every possible attention from the staff. The hotel.com rate was outstanding, but that made the 20Euro price for breakfast seem pretty high. "Terrific service"
Outstanding hotel for the following reasons: - first is the kind, yet unpretentious service - second is this pleasant rooms - third is the location - a nice area to walk around, especially at night. - last is the terrific breakfast - a bit pricy but I recommend you try it at least once

"I thought it might be too good to be true..."
...but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We spent our last night in Germany here at the Hotel Suitess before returning home to USA from Dresden airport (which the hotel made extremely easy for us by arranging VIP van transportation). Our 1 night stay in Dresden ended up being one of our most cherished memories of our 10 day trip.

Einfach super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, netter Service, tolle Betten! Whirlpool und Sauna unterm Dach zum Ausspannen. "Komforthotel mit Blick auf Frauenkirche"
Der Aufenthalt hat uns beiden sehr gut gefallen. Schnelles Einchecken, Parkplatz konnte vor dem Eingang für 30 Minuten genutzt werden (Parkerlaubnis zum Einchecken gab es direkt vom Concierge). Phantastische Lage am Neumarkt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend dimensioniert, großes Doppelbett, drei mittelgroße Fenster mit Blick auf die Frauenkirche und das […] Lutherdenkmal sowie Technikmusuem und Kulturpalast. Der Anblick der Frauenkirche frühmorgens im Sonnenlicht vom Bett aus war Romantik pur. Hatten Zimmer 420 - wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen. Es gab Gratismineralwasser, ein kleines Früchtetellerchen mit u.a. Dragonfruit und Orange, Gratiszeitung nach Wahl, genügend Ausflugstips und ausreichend Schrankfläche. Das Hotel machte einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal war äußerst korrekt und sehr freundlich. Beim Einchecken gab es je ein Getränk nach Wahl in der kleinen Wohlfühllobby. Das Boutiquehotel würden wir jederzeit empfehlen, wir hatten bei der Buchung 6 Wochen vor Reisebeginn ein sehr günstiges Angebot ohne Frühstück , der reguläre Preis wäre uns zu hoch, ist aber wegen der Lage und des Zustandes des Hotels sicher noch annehmbar 50 Meter vom kleinen Hoteleingang befindet sich das InnSide Melia, ein Designhotel neuerster Bauart und direkt daneben ein guter Bäcker. Sehr gutes Frühstück ohne viel Firlefanz, für 6 € pro Person unschlagbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr viele in der unmittelbaren oder mittelbaren Nähe. Zum bekannten Neumarkt ca. 5 Minuten langsamer Fußweg, zum Elbufer ca 3 Minuten. Albertinum und Kunstakademie sind 100 Meter entfernt. Ebenso Stadtinformation und Konzerthalle. Parken kann man im Parkhaus unter der Frauenkirche/Neumarkt oder ganz günstig (Tagesticket 6 € bzw. 3 € am Sonntag) beim Parkplatz Schießgasse, liegt direkt am Plozeidirektionsgebäude und in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Carolabrücke, Elbufer mit Brühlscher Terasse. Ist ein Fußweg von 3 Minuten bis zum Hotel, somit schneller als im Parkhaus, es sei denn man nu Ďalšie informácie
"Suitess - ideale Lage"
Die Lage des Hotels ist sowohl beruflich wie privat ideal gewesen. Servic sehr zufriedenstellend. Leider war das Restaurant nicht nutzbar für Private.

場所がすこし分かりにくいところに（聖母教会の近く）ありますが、駅からタクシーを利用したり、地元の人に聞けばすぐ分かります。部屋は広く、寝具も快適で、バスタブも大きく大満足です。スタッフのサービスも素晴らしかったです。ただ朝早くから対面で工事をやっていて少し騒音が気になりました。ただ工事はいつか終わると思います。各観光スポットにも近く、各観光スポットにも近いです。朝食は試していませんが、晴れた日などはテラスで食事できるそうです。とても良いホテルです。

Das Hotel hat eine Wunderbare Lage mit direkten blick auf die Wunderschöne Frauenkirche, die zimmer sind ruhig und sehr schön Stillvoll Eingerichtet, der Service ist erste Klasse und das früstück seh Einladend und sehr lecker. Wenn ich wieder Urlaub in Dresden mache dann mit sicherheit in dem Hotel.

"Das Suitess ist ein kleines, sehr persönlich"
geführtes Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig und der Service ist überaus freundlich und kompetent. Wenn wir wieder nach Dresden kommen, werden wir sicher wieder ins Suitess gehen - und es auch unseren Freunden ans Herz legen.

Das Frühstück bis zum Abdendessen alles stimmte in diesem kleinen aber schönem Hotel. Wir haben die Tage in Dresden genossen. Das Personal im Hotel war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Verwennerij puur beleef je in het hotel Suitess in het hartje van Dresden, met zicht op de Frauenkirche. "Hotel Suitess in Dresden"
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Suitess sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr professionel und sehr kundenorientiert, dazu noch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel (wenn auch etwas klein) mit einer wunderschönen Sicht auf die Frauenkirche. Der Fitnessbereich ist ebenfalls klein mit nur wenigen […] Geräten ausgestattet aber da anscheinend sehr wenige Gäste den Bereich nutzen ist er durchaus ausreichend. Mir gefiel besonders der exklusive Rahmen des - mit seinen etwa 25 Zimmern - kleinen schönen und exquisiten Hotels! Allein das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Dachterasse des Hotels mit Blick auf die Kuppel der Frauenkirche war ein Highlight meines Dresdenausenthaltes. Ein Hotel, das keine Wuensche offen laesst; sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphaere. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein wunderbares charmantes Erstklass-Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, in dem man sich schon nach wenigen Minuten sehr wohlfühlt. Ein Abendessen im solllte man sich gönnen auch wenn die Preise da etwas hoch sind. Meine Meinung: So müssen Hotels dieser Kategorie sein.
"Suitess - sehr klein und sehr exquisit"
Vorab: Wir wollten uns einfach mal den Luxus eines 5*-Hotels gönnen, da wir dies bisher noch nicht konnten. Der Empfang war sehr nett mit Sekt. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr, sehr ruhig, da es wohl bloß eine Gästeetage gibt. Darunter ist die Verwaltung einer Bank und darüber das Restaurant und der Wellnesbereich. All dies haben wir in 5 Tagen nicht ansatzweise […] gehört. Wir haben auch kaum andere Gäste gesehen. Wer also seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist sicherlich sehr gut bedient. Da das Frühstück mit 21€/Pers. doch sehr teuer ist, haben wir es nur einmal GENOSSEN. Dafür war es aber sehr exklusiv mit einer großen Auswahl an kleinen Spezialitäten. Es gab sogar frischen Meeresfrüchtesalat... wer's mag. ;-) Das Restaurant wird auch international empfohlen (Guide Michelin). Wem es die 60 bis 100€ pro Person wert sind, der kann sich an die täglich wechselnden Menüs am Abend wagen. Uns war dies leider zu teuer. tout est parfait (en dehors du hall d'entrée mais quelle importance?) : chambre accueil petires attentions (assiette de fruits frais servie gracieusement à l'heure du "gouter", lits ouverts pour la nuit en fin d'AM, etc.) A recommander absolument

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick direkt auf die Frauenkirche und den Platz davor. Etwas störend ist die momentan daneben befindliche Baustelle. Das Frühstück war traumhaft, war aber leider nicht im Preis inkludiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
"Dresden perfekt - luxuriös und zentral"
nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit; Zimmerservice perfekt, tgl. frische Bettwäsche, 2x tgl. frische Handtücher, morgens geputzte Schuhe und Zeitung nach Wahl; Frühstücksbüffet überschaubar, aber fein. Leider kein Kaffee nach deutscher, sondern eher nach südeuropäischer Art mit "Schaumkrone" (Schümli??)
"Elegans til ett bra pris"
Hotellet ligger mitt i centrum och ger såväl exteriört som interiört ett lyxigt intryck. Suiterna är eleganta utan att vara dyra och servicen excellent. Servitörerna på restaurangen högst upp är mycket elegant klädda och hjar stil. Man måste dock vara villig att betala mycket för maten (inte under 500 kr/person), men då är maten bra.
