I was told it was a room for four. A pull out couch. Come to find out there was a couch, however it didn't open into a bed. The hotel said none ovf there rooms had a pull out sofa. My daughter slept on the floor.

Wonderful, relaxing place. They have a beautiful pool area, the best in the Naples area that we've stayed at. Very friendly service with free shuttles ot the beach and to downtown which is only a short walk away.

The staff is wonderful. Just ask and you will receive! We stayed in the hotel and our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the boat harbor. Free valet parking, transportation to downtown Naples and the beach. Free access to the "Club" which has 5 pools with waterfalls. Cottages at the club area are children friendly. Outstanding hotel, very kid friendly with 4-5 pools including lazy river and hot tub; outstanding customer service and close to Tin City and Old Naples; Not cheap but would highly recommend

Beautiful complex on waterway that reminded us of canals in Italy. We were quite pleased and surprised to see our accomodations, which were as nice as home. The water shuttle was $5.00 for an entire day and made it easy to get to the downtown dining and shopping areas. We stayed in the cottages and it was just like a second home. Close to the pool and spa. You can walk to 5th avenue south, and it's just a short ride to south 3rd street. There are some restaurants on the hotel property, but no hotel bar, so it's a great location if you're looking for a quiet, very comfortable stay. We loved the hotel, great location, nice services, close to beaches and historic district. The concierge was very helpful and had great ideas. We plan to return next year.

Great marina hotel with adjacent luxury pool, lazy river, workout facility, underground parking.

Restaurants and activies of the hotel were not existent. Pricey rooms for no services

Absolutely loved our stay. Stayed over New Years Eve. The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. Enjoyed relaxing at the many pools, hot tubs and in the lazy river. Relaxing and quiet. All the guests were considerate. Close to the beach and tons of restaurants. I will definitely be returning to this resort.

Stayed here for 2 nights while on fly drive from Miami . Couldnt fault hotel had a view of marina the room was gorgeous big comfy bed , decor was lovely , had a car but only couple of mins if walking to tin city and could walk to 5th avenue, would definately go back to this hotel because 2 nights not long enough in Naples.

TV SNOWY,POOL APROX. 100 YDS OR MORE AWAY FROM THE HOTEL ! WHEN ASKED HOW TO GET TO THE POOL ,ANWSER WAS ,"ITS THAT WAY !

These cottages are privately owned and therefore can have quality issues. For me the microwave did not work, the coffee pot was old and nasty, there were no instructions for the washer/dryer. The facilities are very nice but the owners need to take a little more care of cleaning the carpet and upholstery to maintain a four star rating. The $20/day resort […] charge and the $150/stay cleaning fee seems to be about twice what I think it should be. I will stay again but the villa may be a better deal if the fees are included. the resort was beautiful and the customer services was excellent.everyone was very nice and helpful and very friendly.im definetly going back again and stay a little longer. they made my weekend getaway with my significant other very romantic.i give two thumbs up for nbr staff.

This is definitely a high ranking hotel and probably would have given it five stars if the beach and pool were close by. Facility and rooms were very clean. Would most definitely recommend. Shops and restaurants were within close proximity.

The only complaint about this Hotel is they don't have room services, So you have to go out for your meals. That is unless you cook, then you can have a meal in your room. This Hotel was an awesome vacation for the family and I. We even extended it by another day. The property and areas were beautiful. Will definately come back and stay again.

A truly delightful property. The room was very comfortable and the view over the marina relaxing and serene.

The Beach resort was not at all close to the beach and the pools and spa were over 2 long blocks away from the actual hotel. There is one restaurant. The shower hadn't been washed and the beautiful tiles were covered in soap scum. The carpeting was covered with spots. The rooms set up are very good for family with children. It feels more like an upscale apartment than a hotel. The Naples Bay Resort is where my family and I will stay whenever we are visiting Naples.

Centrally located to the shopping areas of Naples. The on property Bone Fish Grill had excellent food. However, not sure how a hotel can get a 4- Diamond Rating and NOT HAVE ANY ROOM SERVICE...This should be in big bold letter on the front of your website. If you are interestd in the fitness center and pools, MAKE SURE you check into the right bldg's. […] While they had a shuttle bus service, we waited for 15 mins and gave up and drove over. It was very clean, nice and relaxing. We stayed in the cottages and having a full kitchen, separate rooms, living room, patio, washer and dryer too, was all very convenient. A home away from home. Big pool and SPA is too far away from the main hotel. Breakfast is included but doesn't belong to the largeness and the quality of the hotel.

Only thing is the Pool is in the other complex very short walk. But if very lazy they will drive you in Cadillac Escalade Not bad trade off

Great! 2 bedrooms two bath. great decoration and furniture. It felt like a home away from home. Walking distance to Tin City and not far from the Beach. Very good Club house with pools.
