Upon arrival I was forced to wait 15-20 min before being served, even though I could hear the hotel staff in the back room, and after I had used the provided (loud) service phone. The hotel was 53 miles from the Yellowstone North entrance. Drive was great. So if you are looking for cheap lodging near Yellowstone, conside this one. Location is great. Stuff were superb. No elevator to 2nd floor. TV remote didn't work. Paltry breakfast choices, but Perkins restaurant is next door. Spacious room and decent bed. Kids were running up & down hallway making lots of noise after 10 PM until a 2nd call to front desk brought quiet. Convenient to I-90.
