Coral Cay Townhomes & StaySky Villas by Sky Hotels & Resorts - Kissimmee

Resort was pretty much the same as shown in the pictures. It was very roomy and well stocked. Overall very pleased with it and will likely return next year. Would have enjoyed the pool more if it was warmer. Found the area quiet and no problems with any neighbours

Overall this was a nice place to stay. we stayed in a 4bedroom with more than enough space. The game room had a full size futon in it and the living room had a sleeper sofa. So it slept 12 comfortably. Tv's were in the livingroom, master bed and gameroom only. And the unit we were in didn't have internet AT ALL. great house, a small pool. need maybe some extra in the house like a extra vacuumcleaning bag and a maybe some extra cleaning matarial. but for the rest a greay place to stay and l will try to go next year.

The townhome was really nice, great price. The only problem I enccountered was that I was delayed 3 hrs for check-in without any advance notice. After an 11 hr drive with small children this was very frustrating. Other than that we had an awesome stay.

We were very pleased with our accomodations at Coral Cay. Only a couple of suggestions from us... a little more instructions at sign in eg: where garbage is to be disposed of, how to increase heat in hot tub ,if it is possible to ask for more supplies such as dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Our individual town home was very clean and quiet. We would […] again suggest maybe a few more cooking utensils and pots and perhaps 1 more towel rack in each bathroom. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely reccommend it to friends and family. Only an 8 to 10 minute drive from Disney and 15 to 20 minutes from Universal. We recently stayed at the Coral Cay Townhomes in Kissimmee and were very pleased. The rooms were clean and spacious. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. We had three bedrooms and 2½ baths. The kitchen was a great asset as we could grab breakfast before starting out for the day. Nice to have a living room to relax for a bit at the end of a long day. […] The location was about 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Staff was pleasant. Quiet location - with neighbors on both sides never heard either one. The only advice I give to those with reservations here is to be sure you contact the hotel ahead of time and discuss check in. If you do not arrive before 5:00 p.m. the office staff is gone - you will not have the gate code nor the lock box code to get your townhome key. Enjoy! Ďalšie informácie

My family and I were very unsatisfied with our stay at Coral Cay Resort in Kissimmee, Fl. The amenies that were listed were not available. For example: the game room was no more, the movie theater was not available because "the bulb was blown" but only after the receptionist told me the times that the theater was available. Although the townhome was […] clean, the comforter sets bunched up during the night making sleeping not so comfortable. The grounds could have used better upkeep. There was only on small barbeque grill avaible for several townhomes. The staff was barely availble when needed. I have never stayed at a place where the front desk closed after 5:30pm. Last but certainly not least, the required deposit that was only supposed to be taken out of my account after check-out and after the place was inspected and only if there was extensive cleaning and damages (which there was not!) done, was taken out the day of check-in and taken out twice. This ruined the rest of our vacation because I was left wondering if I was a victim of fraud. Although the issue was corrected, This goes to say that my family and I will never ever stay at Coral Cay Resort again!!! Ďalšie informácie

We absolutely LOVED this condo! We had plenty of room and it was nice and clean. We were only ten minutes to universal studios and there was a great mini golf place right down the street and also Super Target was about a mile away!!! Soooooo fabulous !!!!!!

Overall we were very happy with Coral Cay, a great value for price. The grounds and condos were clean & attractive, the condos themselves were spacious and well-maintained. Staff, with one notable exception, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The day we arrived we had to call them because it's a gated community and no one had given us the code […] to get in...the woman who answered the phone was very rude and unpleasant. Once we got in though, the gentleman we dealt with in the office was very apologetic and truly couldn't have been more accomodating. We plugged the address in our GPS and it brought us right to the front gate. I will admit the surrounding neighborhood spooked us a bit (because it was 1. far back from the main road, 2. we passed trailer parks and run down homes 3. the road seemed tighter than most, but as soon as you entered the gate it was "WOW"!!! The townhome surpassed our expections. […] Very very nice. Everything you need except food. BUT, Walmart was just down the road. Loved the hot tub!!! OMG after a day at Disney, to soak your body in the Hot tub with a glass of wine...seriously! Who ever thought of adding that feature should win an award! The kids loved it! Oh, they had a soccer game table (foozeball...sp?) My kid went nuts! We played so many games. TVs with DVDs in 2 or 3 of the rooms. All the appliences; stove, microwave, toasters, etc etc etc. We did have a probl with the fridge...right after we got back from Walmart with food, we noticed the fridge was warm, we called the after hours number...they were out in 7 minutes...Thanks Frank! The nicest, down to earth guy...who also is a resident in the complex; fixed and took care of everything. The pool and little park was great! kids loved it. Everything was so nice, we spent a day at Coral Cay, rather than going to Disney for a few days. I will say...you have to be careful with young kids. I removed those little plastic door stopper things...since they are choking hazards, and kept the lids of the toilets down, the door knobs however are the handle kind, so our one year old only had to pull them down and the door opens. We just kept and extra close eye on her. Glass dinning table... heavy tile floors... Such a nice stay! The beds were so comfortable. High end bedding. The decor was pretty cool too...nothing cheesy like some Orlando properties. My son didnt want to leave. The Rooms were not cleaned on a daliy basis Furniture (Living area Chairs) were stanined and or dirty No one brought clean Towels while we were there during the three day stay

Foram 19 dias maravilhosos, o hotel é ótimo, muito bom mesmo, lindo, confortável, realmente perfeito. Quando voltar a Orlando com certeza quero ficar no mesmo lugar. Muito obrigada por tudo que nos foi oferecido. Nossa família agradece.

Lindas casas, cómodas, con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila. Buena capacidad, hasta 8 personas. Hay jacuzzi que mis hijos lo gozaron todos los días y el condominio, que es cerrado y vigilado tiene también piscina. Hay ciertos pequeños detalles a tener en cuenta, que no son tan importantes, pero que vale la pena mencionarlos, por ejemplo […] la cama matrimonial, de tanto uso, estaba "hundida" ya en un lado, uno se sentía en la noche el desnivel, algunas toallas con algunas manchas...pero sin duda volvería al mismo sitio, sobretodo por la seguridad. Bem, não chega a ser exatamente um hotel. Trata-se de um condomínio de casas, muitas delas particulares, que são administradas e postas para aluguel. As casas são EXCELENTES! Muito boas mesmo. O pessoal da recepção bastante prestativo e atencioso. O lugar é tranquilo, acessível e com a natureza bem preservada... Aliás, o único inconveniente da viagem […] foi que vimos uma cobra perto da entrada da casa, no jardim. A atendente explicou que a Flórida é uma região de pântanos e que isso era "normal" etc. Bom, tirando isso, só alegrias. A casa que ficamos era muito bem equipada e, embora em sua descrição dissesse "até 8 pessoas", não tenho dúvida que era suficiente para 10 pessoas com muito conforto. Além disso, para quem está com carro alugado, é perto dos parques. Afinal, o "maingate" da Disney fica em Kissimmee! Ďalšie informácie
