I enjoyed my stay a beautiful spot convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beds were absolutely fabulous I am definitely going back.

Very nice surprise. The only negative was that the tv was viewable from only one bed as the doors on the furniture did not allow them to fully open.

Easy access to airport, close to Southpoint mall and restaurants. Quiet, has shuttle to mall. They need to update by providing small fridges in rooms.

Everything was great, including the cost of the hotel, with the exception of the noise level. The hotel has a large atrium, and we found that the sounds echoed up to the floors and were sometimes loud in the morning (when people were eating breakfast) and in the evening (if people were at the bar late). Very nice accommodations for the two of us. Clean and comfortable room. Willing staff. Exceptionally good bed. We've stayed here before, and will do so again whenever we're in town. Some slight signs of normal wear and tear are beginning to show (handicap handle in shower loose, some plaster in bathroom showing the effects of moisture), and hopefully […] they will be addressed in the near future. "Nice hotel near just about everything"
Hotel has great location off of I-40 near Southpoint Mall. If you need to go to the airport, Chapel Hill, Durham, or Raleigh, no trip is longer than 20 minutes. Hotel is new and everything has been well taken care of. Hotel takes dogs too, which was one of the primary reasons we stayed there. Gym, pool, and bar are also nice. Only complaint would be […] the size of the room. We had a room with two queens, and it was a little cramped. The bathroom was tight too. If you can get a room with a king, take it. Booked this hotel through hotels.com; The reservation did NOT go through as a KING size bed (like I requested), so upon checking in to the hotel, my guest and I were able to get upgraded to a suite room at no charge. The staff was very helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Only recommendation is that I wish the bathrooms were bigger!

I usually stay @ HGI when in town, but they were booked up, so I had to take the Sheraton. I was very pleased and will likely stay here again. One negative - the card they gave me at checkin indicated free appetizers in the lobby @ 5:30 - 7:30. I went down at 6, but nothing in sight. Also, slow on the internet connection. This hotel is conveniently located right off of route 40. There is a gas station on the corner and two malls up the road to shop or eat in. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were super comfy. If you are in the area, this is an excellent choice.

It was a VERY nice motel in a great location. It's located at Southpoint Mall, which is THE shopping destination in Durham.

"Not living up to its potential"
The Four Points at Southpoint is in a great location - convenient to the mall, highway, and most of RDU's major attractions. However, most of the hotels highlights stop there. In comparison to other hotels in their class (Courtyard, Hilton Garden Inn) this property does not measure up. It appears that the owners have begun to cut corners. For example […] during breakfast I ordered "fresh made-to-order- pancakes" and received microwave pancakes out of a box. When brought to the hosts attention (the gentleman who also did our check-in the previous evening) he graciously waived our bill. This is our second stay at this hotel which is convienent to our family at holiday time. The facility was adequate but far from wonderful. The carpet throughout is ratty, old and worn out. The room size was bigger than we expected and had excellent lighting. The bed (king) was excellent and had plenty of pillows. "Durham Four Points"
Although this hotel was a bit away from the things we were interested in (a culinary tour), we loved staying there. It was quiet and comfortable as we flopped into beds with our full tummies each night. It was a beautiful place to wake up in, too.

3 Girls went on a business trip... Then Shopped!!! Shared room... Spacious! Clean room, great comfortable bed, warm clean pool, good service, excellent breakfast, nice staff, close to Durham & Chapel Hill, Easy access to I-40! Will diffently stay again!!! Already suggested to others to stay.

The Hotel is located far from any decent place to get breakfast and basically only provides coffee and some pastries. It would really need a decent restaurant that serves breakfast. Apart from that, the standard was good and the crew was helpfull.

"Phenomenal service, very clean and comfortable, top notch!"
The staff members at the Four Points were probably the most helpful I have ever encountered. They offered to retrieve a cab for me, they offered directions to nearby shopping and entertainment, and they even gave me dining recommendations nearby (and, by the way, the food really was great). The hotel is very close to the Streets of SouthPoint, and […] is right off of the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I do plan on booking the same place when I return! "Nice Facade"
This relatively new hotel looks great from the road. The front desk folks were cordial and efficient. The interior of the hotel was clean but worn out looking. The furniture was low-dollar and well worn. The chair in my room was worn out. There was a two inch in diameter hole in the carpet of my room. "Outstanding Hotel, Great room for the money"
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is within one mile from one of the biggest Mall within the Durham, NC area. There are also a ton of shopping center within walking distance. The only thing that were missing in the Junior Suites was a reg. and microwave.
