This was the worst hotel stay I have had the room was not even vacuumed. To get into the room you had to walk over mounds of cigarette butts. Will never stay at a Buget Inn again. Carpet was very old, could be from the 70's. At least the many stains could have been. Toilet was running because seal had long ago worn out and had not been repaired. No shades over light fixtures. On the plus side, the refrigerator was larger than normal. And there was a microwave. And it was much cheaper than other properties. Booked online a room with queen size bed and ended up in room with double size bed. Staff was not able to move us to a room with queen size bed. Room was very old. Everything cheap. Not enough lighting. On the plus side, has a fridge and microwave. What you pay is what you get.

This hotel should not be listed on your website. It was dark dingy and in serious need of a renovation! The shower floor is all chipped and appears dirty. Antiquated fixtures and overall very sad and depressing. There was a No Vacancy sign on the door but only 3 cars in lot. Gives the overall apperance of dicey spot to stay. I book a non-smoking room in which they confirm it to me thru internet and they gave me a dirty, old, smoking room. Carpet had lots of cigarette burn, there was an empty plastic bottle left behind under the bed.

The hotel was okay but it kind of creeped me because of the decor. It reminded me of the movie Vacancy. It has to be updated. We also asked the guy at the front desk if he had any rooms for our friends to stay one night and he said that the hotel was full. The parking lot was empty.

This is a basic room with nice TV and cable. Walls are a little thin and decor is dark and worn but if you are looking for a very inexpensive hotel this is it. Staff was very friendly. Location is close to UND and The Ralph. It appears they are doing some updating.

Great location close to all pertinent schools ,shopping etc. Very clean , spacious rooms ,friendly staff ,QUIET
