The room was missing it's refrigerator. The fan in the bathroom did not work so it didn't remove any steam from the shower. When I turned on the tap in the bathroom sink the water came out BROWN! I had to let the water run for it to clear up. Needless to say I didn't drink it and was a bit leary about taking a shower. There's a Hampton Inn next store. "Fairfield Inn & Suites - Nice Overall"
Like the breakfast set up in AM. Pool was heavy on chlorine. Had nice facilities. Convenient with WalMart so close. Side door entrance was not working with keycatd, but no major deal. Was good location & staff was very nice.

"A happy stay"
We had a wonderful trip beginning to Rhode Island. This hotel was a great choice, especially family travel. Even though, you'd better drive your own vehicle to come, and you will fell perfect.
A very frustrating experience - from the time I called for help with directions and got put on hold for over 5 minutes and then dropped into a voice mail box of someone I never asked to speak to...to front desk personnel who were both trainees. For one of them, english was clearly not his first language and I had to ask him to speak more slowly and […] clearly and then having a difficult time at check-in because I wanted to give a cash deposit toward any incidentals rather than handing over a credit card...something the website indicates is an option. [ I have had prior experiences with Marriotts of it taking almost a month to get "deposits" credited back to me'...when I have already paid for the room booking on line]. Then, to the trainees not knowing the property well enough to tell me where I could find an ice machine. While the room was clean there were no glasses or cups for the coffee machine and no cream for coffee - no points for their housekeeping department. I am surprised Marriott is willing to have their name on this hotel given the experiences I had. I would not stay here again and will actively encourage others not to as well. Ďalšie informácie
"Exactly what we needed"
My wife and 2 kids just needed a place to stay for the night while visiting family locally. The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We opted not to have the complementary breakfast, but the spread looked good. We went across the street to Denny's.

I have stayed twice in this hotel. Both times the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very accommodating regarding extra linens. The breakfast was very tasty. They kept replenishing everything so that you had a good variety of foods to choose from and enjoy.

my children were disappointed because the indoor pool was closed, the hotel reception said that it might be opened first thing in the morning, but we were disappointed again - why would the hotel close the pool for cleaning on a weekend?

"Nice Hotel"
For the money this hotel was very nice. Extremely clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that it was a little hard to find. It is tucked away behind a home depot and other stores and hard to see from the main road. I would definitely recommend staying here though. Waffle and waffle iron were a plus in the morning.
"Super clean hotel with a helpful staff"
The hotel is always clean and the staff goes out of their way to help you. If you are looking for a hotel which is always perfectly clean-this is the best choice around. I have stayed here 3 times and due to the cleanliness and the well stocked continental breakfast, I'd choose no other hotel. I seem to always be disappointed in the lack of pool towels […] but I still wouldn't pick a different hotel because I know I will always feel comfortable in uch a well maintained hotel. "Convenient for price"
Needs a second elevator. Constant waiting to go to 5th floor ... usually just took the stairs but with luggage??? Right beside the railroad tracks so get ready for some noise and shaking. First time I felt it my wife started to cry thinking there was an earthquake!! Fortunately I think there are no trains after midnight but they do start again at 6 […] am. Stayed here 3 times in 3 weeks in different rooms and it you hear and feel the trains anyways. Just try to get a room in the northeast part of the building. Maintenance needs some work too as I had a room that had a leak in the electrical fixture in ceiling in the bathroom from the room above. Kind of dangerous isn't it? You could see that they had repaired the drywall and the bathroom door many time from the water damage but never fixed the leak!!! Ďalšie informácie
